UCEP (pronounced "yoo-sep")stands for the United Conglomeration of Economic Powers, and it is a trade based "alliance" of sorts. For now, UCEP is on an invite only level, but we hope to open it up soon. Nearly 2 dozen invites have gone out, and in the last thread nearly all accepted.
If you recieved an invite, post here so I can get a roster. Once we get everyone together, we'll hammer out any positions and finalize the rough charter we made.

Economic boost packages for below "Frightening" level countries
Trade will be unrestricted amongst members for starters. Any and all goods may be traded between members at no cost, but members can feel free to strike up deals with non-members.
Trade routes will be protected if neccessary. With all the dnagers in today's world, we must be ready to protect our goods from pirates and other scum. Althouth UCEP is not a militaristic alliance, UCEP members can petition for assistance if they are indeed in a conflict. If a certain member wishes to abstain from conflict, that is their right. Protecting trade routes is one thing, fighting a war is another.
If your economy is not where you want it, you can apply for an economic boost package. Depending on your need, you can recieve several billion dollars (maybe even higher depending on your need) to help give your economy a much needed kick in the ass.

Must have an economy at least at "Powerhouse"
Must generate trade with all members
Must be ready to protect trade lines if neccessary.
For now, members will be on an invite only basis.
You must have a high economy, at least at a "Powerhouse" level. Also, if you become a member, you have to trade with other members (duh). You don't have to trade with all of them, but you can't simply join just to be in UCEP.
Also, if trade routes are in danger, you must be ready to defend them. Loss of substantial goods will be bad for us all, so we must be ready and willing to protect our trade routes.
