Since the other superpower threads were not working, and were flooded with dimwits with the attention span of a goldfish, I decided to make this thread.
Should Foe Hammer be considered a Superpower?

Foe Hammer is an economically powerful, safe nation of 1.8 billion. Foe Hammer maintains a large armada that would rival the combined power of any military alliance, with a few exceptions.
Inhabiting two solar systems and maintaining a good lead in space vessel technology, Foe Hammer is a sovereign nation that can supply itself. All the food, raw materials and items demanded by citizens can be supplied from any major Foe Hammer corporation, limiting imports and boosting the economy.
The military budget in Foe Hammer is a frightening 16% of the GDP, with nearly 60% of that military budget devoted to the Space Forces of Foe Hammer. The Naval Forces of Foe Hammer is dying out and being scrapped, as they are being rapidly replaced with GravShips, multiplying the power of the naval forces by almost tenfold. 50 million soldiers are battle-ready at all times, 3 out of 4 being support units, such as vessel crews, etc. About 14,000,000 soldiers are ready to storm any nation at all times.
