Today, the Republic of the Soviet State completed its new constitution, uniting and defining the tiny country and its people. Socialist leader, Vassili Vladimir, had this to say: "The people of our small country can be at peace to know that they are now protected and united under the scarlet banner of the Soviet!" Chairman elections are expected to be held within the month.
