Mighty Governments of NationStates,
Greetings. Yes, it is I, Emperor Beav. I have returned from my exile and wish to begin anew. I have just recently overthrown the existing government which caused my run into exile.
I have come to you today to request an alliance. I request that we share technology, weaponry, and commerce.
The first act of The Imperial Senate was to pass a resolution stating that all differences that once existed between The Empire of Beav are now dissloved and full diplomatic contact has been restored. The second act was to allow me to make this alliance with any nation that wishes to forgive the actions of the past and ally themselves with the Empire.
I understand that there have been major differences in the past, however the Empire has grown to look beyond that.
