The Doctrine of Terror

This document will be the binding fabric and PRIMARY constitution of the Empire of the Grand New Order as of this date. May it bring reason, stability, authority and order to the dominions of our nation.

Other Doctrines shall determine other methods for the administration of the Empire.

1. The Grand New Order shall seek to promote order and peace within the Empire through whatever means are determined to be necessary.

2. The means of authority shall not be subject to international standards and are to be exercised without question under the authority of the Emperor. Survival of the fittest is the law that binds the universe.

3. The Imperial Throne and the power that compliments its authority is subject to change when a candidate of sufficient power challenges the leader for the throne in mortal combat. Logic dictates that a leader must be strong both mentally and physically in order to be a fit enough Emperor.

4. The Emperor may use all available means to protect his mastery over the state.

5. Religious expression is forbidden. It counters rational thought and leads to terrorism, death and destruction.

6. The use of military force to the purpose of death and destruction is only authorised in the defence of the state.

7. Alternative political movements are forbidden. They bring discord of rational opinion to the Empire.

This document has been cemented with the blood of the people of the Grand New Order. A subversive population in Valzarn province totalling 260,000 citizens spread over 3 towns (men, women and children are irrelevant separations) have been eradicated as an example to the remaining Empire.

OOC: A nation may participate in this RP as reactionaries to this atrocity if they desire.
They could even be congratulatory.....

Birds had it simple.

Lives of flying in the blue sky, sitting on trees and telecommunications equipment and eating insects and other lifeforms that dwelt in the dirt...

The people of Valzarn province had more complicated lives. They were humans of course so that complication complimented their intellectual development. However, these particular humans enjoyed what the government saw as the fine leadership of the Emperor, no extensive bureaucracy; merely pure authority.
The people saw differently; endless fear of informers, little choice in corporations supplying their goods, no freedom and what appeared to be an unfulfilling existence.
Low wages, long hours, little choice, excessive violence, corrupt bureaucracy.
All the negative trademarks of the Grand New Order.

And then it ended, at least for the people of Valzarn province. In a multitude of fiery flashes, the existence of 260,000 people crammed into towns were eliminated in 30 minutes as the few large aircraft of the Imperial GNO Airforce dropped Napalm on the cities, burning them to the ashes.

Perhaps being ash was better than being human or even bird. Not even the inkling of a mind to cause bother for such an uninteresting array of carbon molecules. Simplicity was bliss, at least for Valzarn's three biggest towns.....
