As Jason walked into the Burger King 2 blocks from his house, he would have never expected to have his future dependent on this lowly job. Jason is 22 years old, didn't go to college, but has a high school diploma. Now-a-days, you need a college degree to get anywhere better than Burger King, McDonalds, Taco Bell, and Wendy's...but Jason didn't care. He slowly walked up to the counter and asked a young, yet irritated looking woman for an application. She literally threw at him and said that he'd better hurry, because they won't be accepting many more applications. Jason sat down and filled it all out very quickly. He walked back up to the counter, and handed it in with a smile on his face. The other lady took notice in this, and plotted a devious scheme...She grinned, and took the application, and began to speak to Jason.

"So you really want to work here?" she asked.

"Yes I do," said Jason, "I think Burger King will be a great place to start my working career. This is definitely a great place to start."

The lady began to laugh. "I've been here for almost 2 years now, and its been a living hell. Trust me, you don't know what you are getting yourself into....but...if you really do wanna work here, I'll give you an interview later today at 4pm."

"Ma'am? What time is it right now?"

"It's almost noon. Ugh...this day is going slower than ever!"

"Thanks ma'am. I'll be back at 4pm!" he said with a smile still gleaming on his face."

Jason walked out of the Burger King. The lady began to laugh again and said that he's got a lot comin for him when he starts.

Jason didn't have a car, but he only lived 2 blocks away from Burger King, so it wouldn't be a problem for him. He got back to his house at about 12:10pm and didn't know what to do with his time until them. He decided to go on the computer again to check his nation at www.nationstates.net  because its such a FUN game! He hasn't been involved in it lately, so he didn't stay on very long. After that, he decided to read a book called, And Then There Were None for a bit. It is a mystery novel and he loved those. The time went by very quickly, and before he knew it, the clock said 3:30pm. Jason was almost finished with his book, but he had his priorities in order, and set the book down to get ready for the interview. Jason got dressed up in a suit and tie, and walked down to Burger King. The way he walked showed how confident he was about getting this job. By the time he got there, it was 3:55pm exactly, and he walked up to the counter again, seeing the lady, looking crabbier than ever.

"Good afternoon sunshine!" the lady said sarcastically. "Let's get down to it, follow me."

The lady took Jason to the back room to give him his interview. Who would have known that this Burger King was going to see the craziest couple months of its history. They'd better be prepared cause all hell was going to break lose...in time.

Jason walked into the office and the lady sat down. She began to ask him a few questions.

"Do you have any experience with fast food places?" she asked.

"No, ma'am. I do not, but I am willing to try new things. I am good at adapting to different situations."

"Um...ok. Good. next question. What times are you available? We mostly need people to work the evening shifts."

"I'm available at any time you need me." he replied.

At that time, he made the corniest lookin face that anyone has ever seen. He smiled, and gave her a wink. The lady couldn't help but notice this, and she busted out laughing again.

"Well, there's one more question. What position will you apply..."

"BURGER FLIPPER!" as he interrupted her. "I want to flip burgers, and cook fries! It seems like such a fun job!"

Under her breath, you could faintly hear her say something that sounded like "freak" but he didn't catch it.

"Well, you seem qualified enough. I'll hire you, but you'll be paid $6 an hour. It doesn't sound like much, but in time, it will increase. You can start work tomorrow at 5pm-10pm. I'll go get you a uniform...oh, what size are you?"

"I'm a large." he responded.

One minute later, she returned and have him the shirt that had the little Burger King logo on it. He was overjoyed and began to jump up in the air when she walked out to get him his BK hat.

"Calm down ya retard," the lady shouted, "You really shouldn't be excited about this. But here you go. Make sure to wear black pants to work tomorrow, and try to look nice....."

He stood there looking like he was on cloud nine.

"Umm....you can leave now." she whispered.

He ran out of the store in his suit, and began jumping for joy. He would be flipping burgers and cooking fries tomorrow!

Jason walked home and prepared a special dinner for himself and his cat, Persia. He was in such a good mood that he went out and got Persia the expensive stuff, Fancy Feast. He got himself....none other than....a cheeseburger from Burger King. When he got to his living room, he sat down, and turned on the T.V. to see that Real World/Road Rules: The Inferno was on. He loved that show too. This episode, the cast had to climb a giant wall in-air. His favorite person on the show was Holly, but on the last episode, she volunteered to the inferno, which scared him. Jason didn't want to see Holly go home. She's the strongest competitor for Road Rules. Out of all of his friends, he was the only one who rooted for Road Rules. Trishelle was the other one chosen to go to the Inferno. Now he didn't like her. He thought that she was a Infern-ho, as Coral put it. When it got to the mission, Trash-elle didn't complete it, so she got disqualified. It was decided...Trishelle vs Holly in the Inferno. Road Rules ended up winning that mission, making their total winnings $30,000 and Real World $10,000. The Inferno mission was to eat as many chili peppers as possible. Holly ate 9 and Trishelle ate 5, meaning the Infern-ho was going home. Jason jumped with joy (again..) at seeing that Holly was here to stay. After that, he turned the T.V. off and decided that he would go to bed early. Jason couldn't sleep though...he was very excited about work the next day. But before he knew it, he woke up and it was 2am. He was still tired, so he went back to bed again.
