Anarchy, yet a Strong Economy
UN Category: Anarchy
Civil Rights: Superb Economy: Strong Political Freedoms: Excellent
Rather peculiar sight came up within my nation, tried a search to see if anyone else had a similar experience, but found none.
How the heck do any "nation" exactly become an Anarchist state without all three aspects in utter confusion? (barter system would be fitting, yet still a "Strong Economy"? When biker gangs take control of the entire 50million population, Political Freedoms and Civil Rights don't exist, yet they're respectively Excellent and Superb?)
I'm interested to see how long this will keep up, and if all three actually improves, and if the UN category changes.

Another "strong" economy anarchy here. Anarchies with frightening (highest level) economies are common enough actually, i have one myself. The line about "biker gangs" is clearly a lie by the evil UN, which scoffs at what it can't understand.

Nonsense. Economic freedom leads to economic strength.
Of course, can these 'nations' DO anything with their strong economies? ;)

Don't forget our "corrupt, pro-business governments"!

*Notes anarchy = high in all three rankings*
Granted, there are a few details (otherwise you end up as left leaning college state and/ or corporate bordello, occasionally Capitalizt) but it`s roughly... correct.
I'm an “Anarchy” with an Powerhouse economy. I don't think that the UN rankings mean an anarchist state by “anarchy” take a look at the text:...live in a state of perpetual fear, as a complete breakdown of social order has led to the rise of order through biker gangs.I think it just means that the state has little control over it's citizens, (If you look almost all “anarchy” nations have very high crime rates) otherwise it would be impossible for me to have a “omnipresent, corrupt, liberal, pro-business government” (I'm trying to take the government level down... dang UN). I RP as a frontier nation on Sakhalin with very little control so that description fits me perfectly.

The UN classification as Anarchy dosn't mean anything, except that the country is permissive socially, economically, and politically. In my case, i have considerable control over my citizens (an all-pervasive police force), i just choose not to exercise it in a restrictive way. Government of the people, by the people, and for the people is denigrated as anarchical reign of biker gangs by the Un, a capitalist tool, in order to prevent the oppressed people of the capitalist world from rising up in revolution!

What TB, DA and Cirdanisatan said
Knootoss is an Anarchy with a Frightening economy. Fear me!
When your Political Freedoms drop a bit you become capitalizt, when you excercise more economic control you become a civil rights lovefest. When your Civil Liberties drop... well, lets not think about that :)

One of my countries is the same way, it used to be a Corporate Bordello, now that was funny. Run by the only business, 14 year olds selling lemonade on the street.

Just out of curiosity, how many countries do you control? Is there a limit to the number one might have?
Same thing here. I can't have top scores in everything without getting anarchy. But some left wing governments can.. it has something to do with how you answered the original form when setting up the nation. I blame the game mechanics.
