Maniaca's first space mission is planned for launch tomorrow morning. The Rhinara space shuttle is perched on it's launchpad, looking ambitiously up into the clear blue sky. The 3 crew members, Peek Heltower, Hyperion Uliop, and Rezzenthall Tunnelcrawler, are very excited about their mission, which is a short launch up to a television satellite to perform a repair(the satellite conveniently broke down just when talk of a Maniacan space program was heating up), and then boost back down. Said Uliop, "It's kind of unreal, the way I was a test pilot just a few months ago, and now I'm going to be one of the first Maniacan in space. I remember being a kid and looking at the pictures of the first few men in space from other countries and thinking, 'man, I want to be like him.' Now I can be. It's thrilling." The launch is set for 7:15, when the meteorologists predict the sun will be poking it's head out for the first time tomorrow.
