The Location of their homebase is unknown but possibly inside the Sol Asteroid Field.
If your traveling in that region i suggest you raise your shields and arm weapons.
The rouges stole 6 Miranda Class Destroyers and 40 heavily modifyed Runabout Fighters, they also moved a Asteroid base from Saturn and hid it somwhere in the asteroid field.
