The Marcelonian government has authorized the department of the purification of the Marcelonian people to commence it's proposed euthanasia program. Succesful testing on prisoners have resulted in this.
The first people affected will be those who are diagnosed with down's syndrome. The department of the purification of the Marcelonian people feels that the weak should not be allowed to breed more weak people. All forms of life we deem unworthy of life shall eventually be wiped out. Mental asylums will be foreclosed immediately as patients are being transferred to the holding cells of the purification department.
