With the sheer amount of white-haired seniors in the meeting hall, President Chen could not help feeling young, even though he was fifty years old himself.
Taking care to look his best after the fruiting as he came in even more care not to offend anyone, he ran over his notes a final time as he prepared to stand up and give his speech. He was in front of a hostile crowd, one which would gladly tear him apart if it was made legal. With microphone in hand, and his assistant reasy with the powerpoint presentation, Chen stood up.
"Ahem."
The meeting hall grumbled.
"My name is Chen, you can call me Ah-Bian." he says nervously.
"I'm here to answer your questions about the reforms of the superannuation fund."
Silence. Much of the audience was beginning to fall asleep.
"What reforms?!?" A nagging voice at the back of the hall yelled.
"Ah. We are preparing to move the national superannuation fund out of low yield bonds into a state-owned holding company, which will own shares in major companies worldwide."
The audience stirred with dissent. This youngster President was gambling with their futures and their livelihoods...

By the time the four-houring meeting, or grilling from Chen's perspective was over, the President emerged from the meeting covered with pies, fruit and mud. It was not something he looked forward to, but it was either that or the loss of superannuation programmes.
