The Head Councilman Wayne E. Dawson, both the CEO of the Aeon Corporation and the head of the Corporate Merchant Advancment Unity or CMAU stood in front of the various CEOs who had come to the meeting of the CMAU, the most powerful formce in the Kingdom of Eberny. For countless years the last dozen Kings, thanks to centuries of dynastical inbreeding were severely deformed and retarded allowed for their "Advisors" to ruler Eberny. Those advisors had been easy prey for Corporate Bribes, the last King, Winston V, was bed ridden and his advisorary council was in fact owned by CMAU. Today CMAU had announced that the King had died in his bed at the age of 19 due to several strokes he suffered in his sleep.
Now the CMAU would announce the formation of not a new Empire, but a government that was under the direct control of CMAU.
"I hope you can agree to the treaty." Wayne said as he handed the pen to Countess Tory M. Novbrug, the woman that would become the Head of State... But not the holder of any real power.
"Considering that I have no choice I will agree to this." She said in a neutral voice, her long chocolate hair done up in a bun as she raised a white gloved hand from her lap and signed the treaty, making her Queen of Eberny... and giving total power to CMAU.

Wayne E. Dawson stood at the podium at the CMAU Headquarters, the flag of the Corporate Alliance and the Kingdom of Eberny were behind him. Wayne was an older man in his early fifties with iron grey hair, a body he kept tonned with daily exercise, and a severe demeanor
"Today, as Head of CMAU I announce to you, the people of Eberny these changes. Starting today a new House took command of the monarchy, and that hous is House Novbrug and Queen Tory I! However in the interests of CMAU and the nation due to the "mismanagment" by House Burges the office of the Monarchs will be limited and balanced between the reigning monarch and CMAU, the monarchs will be a symbol of our nations splendor but will share authority with CMAU. Today we announce the formation of the Eberny Economic Bloc!"
