For years teams in pablicosta have enjoyed playing a game which evolved from the roots of rugby and football. In "frenzy[i]" two teams of 13 players aim to score through three methods, listed in the rules below.
But, for the first time ever The Frenzy Sporting Body (FSB) have decided to invite 12 teams to compete in the first "International FrenzyChampionships".
All interested sporting bodies or unions should immediatly contact The FSB, via this thread to confirm a place in the Championships, which will be held in Pablicosta City.
All that is needed to compete is a team name.

RULES

Each team MUST have 12 players on the field at ALL TIMES. Any violation of this rule can result in a team penalty of a 5-15 minute player ban.

Any tackle above neck hight is illegal.

Other than the above, all tackling decisions are made at the discression of the referee at that time, and may not be appealed against.

Most tackles are alowed, unless as stated above the referee finds the challenge unnaceptable.

If a player is beyond the last defending player when a pass is played he is deemed offside. However, the referee is not abliged to stop play in the circumstance that the offending player is not directly involved in the IMMEDIATE play.

If the ball crosses the SIDE LINES it is out of play. In this situation three players from each team may arrange themselves in any formation arround the ball-aslong as they are atleast five feet inside the playing area. A member of the team who did not put the ball out of play is to throw the ball centrally towards the group of catchers. After the ball is caught, it is back in play-which continues as normal.

If the ball crosses the end lines it is out of play and is to be given to the goalkeeper of the respective end. The ball is now returned to active play.

Team changes (substitutions) work on a roll on roll off system, aslong as only 12 players are on the pitch at one time. If a team penalty is given then no substitutions may be made by the offending team for the duration of the penalty.

SCORING
Note, the goals used are similar to football goals, but with extensions from either vertical post creating another scoring area.

[i]Try-A try is scored when an attacking player places the ball within one of the try zones-which appear twice on each "end line". For scoring a try the team is awarded 10 points.

Throw goal A throw goal occurs when a player throws the ball in anyway the like through the UPPER part of the goal. If the ball hits the posts of the goal, and then goes through the score area points are still gained. 3 points are awarded for a throw goal.

Kick Goal A kick goal must be kicked into the lower score zone, beating the keeper en-route. If the ball is kicked, and thusly goes hugh and/or wide the ball is out of play and must be returned to the respective keeped. 5 points are gained for a kick goal.
