I don't want to seem like I'm attacking this thread, but I was wondering where I could put my name into a possible host? I don't know about the 13th, but I wouldn't mind being a co-host with someone who has a lot of knowledge about the spreadsheets. Anyways, like I said, I wouldn't mind co-hosting with someone, in one of the future World Cups.

Thanks

Slightly-Official TBF/LE decisions

Ranks
As to keep everything the same we will rank teams from 1 to 150 using the KPB ranking system. We believe that the ranking system should stay constant and as not to upset the rankings to much from cup to cup.

Randomness of results
TBF/LE will be using the formula:=RAND()*1000-(850+((YOUR RANK/4)-($THEIR RANK)))+HOME BONUS
So here we have a team ranked 1 (Good Team) Vs a team ranked 150 (Bad Team) I'll run 10 matches to show you how they would look:
Good Team 1 - 1 Bad Team
Good Team 1 - 0 Bad Team
Good Team 3 - 0 Bad Team
Good Team 3 - 1 Bad Team
Good Team 2 - 0 Bad Team
Good Team 3 - 1 Bad Team
Good Team 1 - 0 Bad Team
Good Team 1 - 0 Bad Team
Good Team 1 - 3 Bad Team
Good Team 1 - 1 Bad Team

So
Good Team wins: 7
Draws:2
Bad Team wins: 1

Qualification
We will have 12 groups of 8 teams as normal. From each of these groups the top 2 will automatically progress into the 1st round of the WC. The 3rd place teams will go into the draw for a two legged match with the team holding the highest goal total over the 2 matches going through to the 1st round of the World Cup.

Telegramming
This is the major part of the TBF/LE bid. TBF promises to send out the World Cup Results out throughout the tournament whether it be by script or manually. Throught the tournament*.
