I think natioms should be prevented from making a new region until they're a certain size....
I'm sure it will take one line of code....
speaking of new regions ... well, I've got an old one to write about. the region of Sid Vicious is a region that encourages punk (and metal .... at the request of some members). also any kind of underground music is welcome. f*ck corporate bands! anyhow plz join and I will guarentee the forum will be more interesting than anti - flag's forum. (j/k anti - flag!)
