ViZion City, ViZion, 4:57 pm local time -
ViZion City was just settling back down after a mass-evacuation was ordered in the midst of a war, and threats by the enemy to use Acigoo, when multiple bombs ripped through downtown ViZion City. Early reports are estimating 40,000 people were killed, and thousands more injured in this internationally renound city, known for a low rate of crime, being highly technologicly advanced, being one of the most active cities ever, and being the capital of ViZion, and home of nearly 100 million people.
Reports came that these were a mix of suicide bombers, car bombs, and bombs planted throughout downtown.
We do not know what terrorist organization committed this act, but we vow to find out who organized this, and we vow to forever avenge this.
From Chiefy, in an International press confrence,
"God knows we have done nothing to deserve this. It is believed around 40,000 innocent civilians have died in our capital, ViZion City, today.
"We do not know much yet, but we do know it is a terrorist attack. ViZion is ordering Marshal Law, the first time in ViZion's nearly thousand-year history we have ordered this Nation-Wide Marshal Law. We are evacuating ViZion City right now, as well as its surrounding areas. All our major cities are under strict watch. All people are ordered to stay at home, or leave ViZion in our voluntary evacuation.
"Anyone who opposes this will be arrested. If someone poses a noticable threat, our troops are ordered to go with their gut feeling on rather to gun down the person or not.
"We are doing this for our peoples safety. ViZion has never had a serious terrorist attack. This marks the first.
"One of our hundreds of 80+ level sky-scrappers were destroyed. It was home to ViZion's second largest bank, ViBanc.
"We are requesting International aid with humanitarian efforts, rebuilding ViZion City, and hunting down the terrorist organization who committed this un-provoked attack on our innocent people.
"We vow to avenge this action. We shall never fall to you. We will not give up. Who Shall Rise Upon, Shall Die Upon."
That was only a small portion of the 3 hour and 45 minute speech he gave.
