How much would it cost for the upkeep of various ships?
eg
-Frigates
-Carriers
-Battleships
-Destroyers
etc
Any help would be appreciated.

I do not want to buy ships. I already have them (and my supplier would be annoyed if i started buying from you). What I mean is, how much per year would it cost for the upkeep of these ships, excluding the staff (i already take them into account.

There aren't any set rules, but many people agree to the general standard stating 10% of the original construction cost is required for minimal maintenance. This would include weapons systems, hulls, etc, and would be an average- refuelling a nuclear powered vessel would cost more, but only happens every five years or so.
