Council Lead Kofi Annan was exhilarated beyond words, in a move that was unexpected by all, the United Emirates Leadership Council had Voted his city to be the Capitol of the whole United Emirates! Now that would mean many more buildings and Delegates to house. And the Executor had spoken of wishes to overhaul the entire city. It would cost billions, but the economy, especially a tourist attraction such as Dragon’s Lance was booming. A city that Bordered Drakonia, and brought many native Tersanctan Templars, as some of the “holiest” and bloody Battles took place with Drakonia, and the Golan Tribes here.

And now….he pulled out a fact sheet and overlooked at the Cities various statistics.
