You will probably be given the password after you send the telegram, unless the high officials of Deux Ex Machina (consisting right now of the presidents of the Empire of the Lingo, The People's Republic of Moranopolis, and The Republic of Captain Planet Fans) decide you are not acceptable (i. e. a nut job)
