Nineteen years of war.

Since the murder of King Richmond von Prezenburg the Fourth the nobles, the major population, and the Prezenburg family have been in a constant state of war over the management of the Mishakas Government.

Now the end has come, after the defeat of the various rebel Nobles, the Mishakas People's Communist Party, and the People's Democracy Force the Treaty of the Nine Stars has been signed, the Treaty which has brought the Mishakas Imperium a Constitutional Monarcy under the direction of the Prezenburg Royal Family. A democratic Parliament is elected by the people every four years and the Parliament picks a Prime Minister to head the Parliament.

But the Parliament holds very little real power, the true power of the nation is still in the hands of the Prezenburg family and the Loyal Nobles. The Constitutional Monarchy of Mishakas has been formed, and the nation has emerged from the ashes of the old forms to enter a new era but what that era will be remains to be seen.
