SteamEarth Expands Its Colonial Empire
The Confederacy of SteamEarth has founded a colony on the small Mid-Alantic Ocean isle called Fern Island. Its main role is a military outpost and zepplin base for any Alantic crossings of our cargo zeps, should we have trade alliances with any of the American nations.

SteamEarth has founded another colony, this time in North America in the Carolinas area.
This new colony of Outer Banks will serve as a Hub for zepplin borne cargo between North America and SteamEarth via the Fern Island colony.
A unit of SteamEarth's colonial armed forces will be stationed at the colony for defense only.
SteamEarth has also stated that it plans to open up trade with any North American nation.
OOC: I'm rather hoping that this could turn into a RP, ie somebody tries to claim colonial rights to my colonies.

OOC: I said in the Carolinas area, so that done mean the whole of North and South Carolinas. So lets just say its an island just off the coast of South Carolina.

Is this an ihabited area or are there indigenous people living there? Makes all the difference in how to respond.
