The unsuccessful SteamWarp technology developed by SteamEarth some time ago has been stolen by an unkown faction, well not quite unkown as they gave their name as the Temporal Collective.
The technology with a few 'adjustments' could have time travel possible and its seems this is the reason why the Temporal Collective has taken it.
