The sky darkens as giant clouds roll in...lightning flashes. The Electric types growl at the stupidity of certain nations. Beware, for their Thunder is nothing to joke about. They may *look* silly, but their power is impressive. A sudden lightning bolt slashes down upon the enemy, shocking many.

Imatora: Recommend you have level 50-70 Pokemon. Items, doesn't matter.

OOC: Derieties, what makes Pokemon suck (besides the TV show, though I do enjoy the first season song)? Don't say it sucks without AN EXPLANATION!!! and, yes it is an RPG (potions, leveling up, experience, and good ol' magic/moves among other things). I wish people would just accept this challenge instead of insulting me for trying to RP a fantasy world FOR ONCE!!!!! God, people who insult a game that has once swept the world...it's amazing the things people pick on just because it's popular.

We don't have any pokemon; however, several dragons have expressed interest in participating... with ASPWE packs, runed superheavy powered armour, and paradyne shock rifles.

Can we use dark pokemon (i.e. Pokemon master fic), or do we hafta use game Pokemon. Of note should be that I am a college student, and although I hate the show, I like the game, good stress relief, and it is milidly entertaining. Also, some of the fanfics (more specifically, Pokemon Master) are damn good. Pokemon meets fist of the north star, hell ya!

Well, not intentionally; dragons are rather big, can occasionally get carried away, and pokemon squish nicely when the ASPEW's ambient field negates their powers, so 'accidents' are possible. Not sure if the PSRs kill or not; once you're had the context of your existance subjectivly ripped away, it's kinda hard to tell what happens to you, seeing as you're perminantly cut off from the rest of the multiverse.

OOC: Aww, come on! Whatever happened to the dragons with regular firebreath and poison tipped tails? ASPEWS' a super-strong Disable, I take it. If PSRs rip away context of one's existence or whatever, that's basically killing, so unless you wish to be disqualified...don't use them. Use them for war.

The show was awful. The first game was good however. But now it is suffering a syndrome similar to The Sims. Too many games that add next to nothing.

ASPEW stands for Anti-Super Power Electronic Warfare; 'modern' incatrnations of the concept are far more advanced, but basicly, it negates all supernatural abilities.

As for firebreath, some subspecies have that; usually protine-based, with incindinary properties similar to thermite, so quite lethal.

Heck, my dragons could kill some pokemon by accidently stepping on them during the match.

And PSR's don't directly kill, but yeah, the possible results of being hit by one aren't very survivible, as they were designed as a way to make supernatural, generally immortal entities or demi-gods perminantly 'go elsewhere'. Very big, very very expensive, and generally only used by the dragons amoung the God Emperor's personal gaurd.

Truth be told, I only wanted to beat up on some pokemon, but I'd be willing to give this a non-lethal, by the rules go if I can free up some more time for NS in my scedule.

Meanwhile, the tournament will open within the next few days, so be ready to battle anytime a trainer asks you to. A Pokemon Center has opened up to recieve fainted Pokemon and other creatures. Better than using Potions all the time.

Ok, I really don't care about the show since I stopped 4 or 5 years ago, but I did enjoy a few of the games, but like some people said, went to quick with Expansions like the Sims. But I really got nothing else to so at all,so count me in till something else good to me arrives.
