Our Belief is that the continued rule by the house of Omar is a destruction of God's religion even if they pretend to uphold Islam.
We ask God to relieve us of them all.
They have brought upon the Muslims all evil and corruption, they have conspired with the colonial power Lavenrunz to keep themselves sin power, they use the Goods and the works of the enemy to fuel the machinery of tyranny.
This must end.

a small room lit with candle light and thick with incense, a likely young man is selected, he is brought to the room, where he finds his Mular repeating verse from the Koran, the Mulars eyes are like magnets staring at the young man who is paralyzed with awe, they then pray and the Mular recites verse from the Koran about those who die for the sake of God are promised paradise "are you ready for martyrdom?" the young man is asked "yes yes he repeats". He is then given a oath on the Koran. Then the young man leaves the meeting with one determination: to kill

The southern city of Tovin
The city of Tovin sat alongside the Acyre river .Its populace was a varied cast, made up of varied clans who came to this the most southern city of the sultanate of North Star seeking whatever work they could. Like other cities of North star the poverty level was appalling and even the mosques suffered from disrepair, starvation was only avoided amongst the poor thanks to the charity works of the Mosques rather than any government support.
Further down the river lay the jungles and mountainous terrain that was now known as ‘the vipers nest' by locals; for the U.M.B had unflinching control of that dense hostile terrain .
The city of Tovin another vipers nest' according to the Sultans command officers. They alleged it was a ‘breeding ground of terrorists' and that it was the main supply point for the militants further south. The city was considered to be ‘in enemy hands' by most command officers, and the city didn't even hold a garrison of royal household troopers. The theoretical ruling clan of the city, the Ieni didn't even collect taxes or have a single official in the city due to the violent level of anti establishment feeling, in fact so far had Tovin ‘strayed' from the government that local law and order was run by a mullahs Majlis[council]
And tovin was the city that the suicide commando who had attacked the Lavenrunz vessel had been , born, raised and recruited in.

Mular Vikram is a grand fatherly type, with his black turban and flowing brown robes, the short stout Muslim might pass for a professor. He looks out from behind big brown glasses and, unlike the usually severe Shia Mullahs, often and easily smiles. Before the bombings thought the country, he had been obscure except within the Shia religious community. The cleric was respected for his learning and had a big following at his home Mosque
But now, after the bombings and the start of the armed rebellion , Vikram overnight became one of the best known and most feared men in the nation, only ranked behind men such a Sheik Mohammed Omar and Moan al-Zawahiri He was a fugitive from the law, who now had come to the ‘rebel' city of Tovin from his jungle hiding place to meet , plan and direct the next stage of the ‘liberation of North Star'.

Claudia der Waal rose to her feet amid mutters and eager attention from the Constitutionalist Party. "Madame President, thank you. I regret that it is a dark matter that I must speak of today. Several days ago the merchant freighter Wilhelm Braun was struck by a terrorist craft full of explosives, which destroyed the ship. Her crew of 75 were killed or badly injured. These terrorists have openly challenged the sovereignty of Lavenrunz, and yet nothing has been done. Madame President, I would like to know what the Government intends to do! The people demand to know!" growls of approval came from the opposition side, and a few cautious nods were seen even among the Populists and some of the Christian-Nationalists present. The Communist Party members led by Helga Dresden were silent.
They all knew she spoke with good reason. Television crews were filming people with signs saying "Avenge the Wilhelm Braun" and "End the Reign of Terror Before it Begins". The presidents of transport companies had lodged complaints, stating that there had been many cancellations of boat and plane trips.
Foreign Minister Karl von Effner rose. He was a short man, but his erect carriage and confidence gave him height. "Madame President, there is a larger issue at stake: that of world peace."
Guffaws and derision came from the Constitutionalists.
Von Effner waited, his expression half contemptuous as though they were rowdy school children. "The fact is that intelligence has but lately confirmed this group's involvement, and now we must work with the government of North Star, rather than forcing our hand and making our efforts at diplomacy in other areas for nothing. This is not the only thing that should concern us: there are also people from allied countries held prisoner in the Reich. There is the very fact of constant militant tension between Lavenrunz and the Reich which is only now possibly beginning to ease. To act rashly now would be to throw away our best chances for an honorable peace."
"Madame President--" said Arvid Pluskat, rising.
"Madame President, I beg your pardon but I have a few more remarks." said von Effner stolidly. "I have consulted with my colleague, Baroness von Hentzau, who is not present today--" Claudia der Waal lifted a brow ironically, as the Minister of War's chair was most noticeably empty. "--and we will be readying greater security measures and a response to this attack. I have been instructed by the Chancellor to initiate talks with the Sultan of North Star regarding the best means of curtailing this terrorist group."

This horrible event is, I do not doubt, no more condoned by you than the very existence of this group. It is my hope that our countries might be able to work together to deal with this matter, to prevent them from making such attacks in future. Ideally our governments would be able to meet to discuss this possibility.

This horrible event is, I do not doubt, no more condoned by you than the very existence of this group. It is my hope that our countries might be able to work together to deal with this matter, to prevent them from making such attacks in future. Ideally our governments would be able to meet to discuss this possibility.

With the continued pressure upon our government and the disgusting acts carried out by the terrorists of the United Muslim Brotherhood, it would be wise for us to consider joint action.

"Difficult for his position!" exclaimed Aurora. The young Empress had spots of angry colour in her fair cheeks. "And what does that mean?"

"It could mean several things, Majesty." said Karl von Effner. The Foreign Minister had a look of great concentration on his face. "First of all, we must not rule out the idea that there are enough people who are important backers of the Sultan that support this movement that he dares not openly attack it. And that is borne out by the evidence of his public messages regarding them. However, it could also mean simply that because of past enmity--and the matter of the fact that we hold territory that North Star historically disputes our right to--that he doesn't trust Lavenrunz. Finally, it could be that he is not sure what action we are most likely to take, and is wary on that basis."

"Or all the above." said Count Mirbach grimly. "Majesty, the Volksraad has expressed the concern of the people."

"And in the meantime," her uncle Archduke Carl growled irritably, "He sends us this...this vagary. It verges on insolence."

"It would if he were not also a reigning monarch." said Aurora. "Well, that's his right...who can we send to North Star that has enough importance that we can trust to negotiate for what we want?"

"Begging Your Majesty's pardon, but it should be a man, and one of consequence. I would recommend sending Your Majesty's cousin, Archduke Amadeus." Von Effner said.

Aurora nodded. "Count Mirbach, I don't just want the people's fears put to rest. I want these people to stop. I don't sympathize with their position at all, but if there is some peaceful way to deal with this that will satisfy honour, I want that looked at."

"Yes, Your Majesty." said Count Mirbach, bowing his head respectfully.

Omar finished the communication and knew that there was over a 60% chance what he had just said was now known to all the clan leaders and even the U.M.B
He looked around at his bodyguards, all loyal but elsewhere the nation was deeply divided between support for the government, the traditional clan warlords and the radical clerics. This was on the verge of becoming a three way cival war. he just hoped Lavenrunz would act upon his hint[within reason of course]

Needless to say, Archduke Amadeus' plane was gone over with a fine toothed comb. Members of the Imperial Jaeger Regiment were placed aboard among the bodyguards, and even the luggage brought aboard was carefully inspected.
The tall handsome Archduke waved farewell from the airport and promised to bring good tidings.
On board the plane, he prayed devoutly that he would be guided by a wiser mind than his own. Then he began to seriously brush up on what he knew of the history of North Star and its people.
He glanced out the window at the rest of the entourage. The other planes, carrying the rest of the 1st Battalion of the Imperial Jaeger Regiment--his bodyguards and advisors for North Star--flanked his in a v-formation, escorted by Feuerkatz Fighter-Bombers.

General Kamel greeted the Archduke as he got off the plane
