Hey Everyone,
If you are not already aware, I have recently started an organisation called "International Nuclear Observation Comity (or "INOC") which is basically listing all incidents of Nuclear Blasts on NationStates Earth.
The OOC idea of this organisation is simple, I'm writing a list which contains information about when, where and how strong each nuclear blast is on NS, as well as linking it to the thread in which I found it.
This is a IC list which INOC is permitted anyone to veiw so that the world will be able to RP something the Real Life World can already do, which is to know about Nuclear Blast as and when they happen in any nation... they don't know the reason until they investigate it but all RL nations can detect it.
Now in NS, we don't RP the fact we can detect all blasts because no one nation can look at all threads to find them... this thread lists them and basically investigates them too (IC) providing the nation hit allows INOC to.
What I am requesting is that if any nation using a nuclear weapon on Earth, I would like them to link the thread it happened in on my thread (linked in the INOC logo). If you see one happen it would help if you would link it in my thread so I can add it too the list.
It can be a Nuclear Blast for any reason, examples being:
Nuclear Weapons Test - You are testing your weapon, or showing off to the world.
Nuclear Weapons Strike - You are hitting another nation, perhaps first or second, I won't know how the missile hit unless I'm watching, but I will know that a blast occured becuase any nation (with modern tech) can detech Nuclear Blasts...
Terrorist Strike - Terrorist get hold of and use a Nuclear Weapon...
In all cases, anyone IC can claim to know: Where it happened, When it happened and how powerful it was... other then that it's all IC investigation by contacting the nations hit...
I just want help noticing these facts, cause it's hard to check all threads...
So please, link the thread it happened, along with anything you want to add in the thread linked on the below picture, feel free to ask any IC or OOC questions you may have.
