Dark hunter; an elite member of an ancient soceity focused on ridding the world of vampires. The society, also known as Cyro, was based out of the magnificant city of Kyri. Through Kyri it thrived, devising a network of paths throughout the city. It was a wonderful time, as all the vampires had been exterminated as far as anyone could tell. When this was accomplished, they began to spread out to other territories as the numbers were extinguished...or at least thought to be extinguished.

It prospered, but at the changing of the times, a raid was made upon Cyro. The blood seemed to flow upon the ground like a river that terrible night. It was a slaughter. They were killed at their own front, unaware of the threat that had been growing all along.

When dawn approached, the sun was tainted red, and it cast an eerie glow upon the lanscape, drenching it in the scarlet silk of death. And as the rays cast down upon the center which lay in ruin, it fell upon the face of the only one whom survived.

A woman cast her eyes up toward the sun as it rose upon her, and stepped into the darkness. Maybe she was alive to retell the story. Maybe she had gotten away from them. Or maybe it was something different. She placed her hand to her side where a long wound lay gaping open, cut open from a blade. Two bullets were lodged in her upper arm, and she fell to her knees. Everything seemed to fade into darkness.

It has been eight years since that day. She has turned against the darkness, upholding her former Cyro status, and fighting as the sole survivor of the society. But things have changed; for better, and for worse.

No one is really sure what happened. She is rarely seen, and even then, only in the darkness. A war is brewing...maybe it's personal, maybe not. Her name has been carried by the wind to many ears...some the better, some the worst.

Celina.
_____

She awoke at the sound of the alarm clock by her side, and reached her hand out to stop it. Her eyes flickered open; violet with black along the rim like the sun to the moon in an eclipse. Her hair was straight and a deep black with a tint of red as if it were stained with the blood spilt so long ago. Her skin was clear, and on the fair side. There was a large scar running across her left side as well as two small ones upon her right shoulder. She got out of bed, pulling the grey sheets from her. She stretched her hands up and arched her back, stretching her muscles. She rose and walked to her dresser, grabbing a black tank that was on the top. She pulled it over her head and adjusted the bottom of it. She pulled on a pair of black pants, then latched a leather belt across her hips with an empty holster on either side. she Stepped to her bureau and took two pistols, and placed them in either holster.

She took a sword from the top of a steel table. The blade was finely crafted, as thin as shale, but as powerful as diamond. There was a silver handle and a crest upon it; a wolf. For either eye of the jagged wolf was a glimmering red gem. She looked at the sword, and placed it in a sheath across her back. She pulled a black trenchcoat over her shoulders.

Her apartment consisted of one room, dimly lit. There was a solitary bed, a table, a dresser, a bureau, and a small fridge. There were various weapons scattered about the place, and a letter upon the table...

She opened the window and looked out upon the street as the moon rose overhead. Then, she jumped. She landed in a crouch position, then stood up. She then turned, and walked down theh street.

ooc: Is Underworld a game or something?

IC:

Celina walked at a leisurely pace, not meeting the eye of the people that passed her. It was a cold night, and it seemed that the wind had picked up quite noticably. The streets were dampened by a previous a downfall, yet the ground remained firm beneath her feet. She slowly stopped outside a building and leaned against the brick wall. There were voices and music heard inside, indesputadly a club of some sort.

She took a cigarette from the inside of her jacket along with a lighter. She struggled with the thing, and realized there was nothing left to produce a flame. She threw it to the ground with a sigh.

OOC: Underworld is a movie that came out a little while ago. Has vampires and werewolves in it. Not a bad movie, you should go see it.

(Tag) I'm interested in this for sure. I'll get back to you on what I want to be. Just a quick question, can I bring in a character that is not a vampire, human(not really a human), or demon? It'll be a dragon-human hybrid.

The eyes of the Draman followed one particular woman as she walked the street. She seemed different than that of the others around her. Pain emanated from her, yet she was still strong. Her demeanor, although shady, was quiet and reserved. She watched the world around her, as if she expected something to happen. He watched as she extracted cigarettes, and attempted to light it. A moment later she impatiently threw it down, and the lighter bounced and slid to a stop.

Crossing the street, the Draman came up to her, and held his hand out, as a flicker of flame emitted from his palm. She looked up, startled, as he offered it to her, before he spoke:

"Good evening. My name is Tokram. You looked like you could use a light."

He noticed her eyes scanning his features, not quite sure as to what he was. His skin was scaly, yet human fleshed colored, his body muscular. Sensing her confusion, he spoke again:

http://www.wizards.com/dnd/images/draco_gallery/75653.jpg

"You wonder what I am."he said, more as a statement than a question,"then I shall tell you. I am a Draman, a dragon-man. I hail from the last true bloodline of dragons in Tarlachia, a powerful line of dragons that has existed and prevailed over other bloodlines in the nation, eventually becoming recognized as one of the most powerful lineages the world has seen."

As an afterthought, he asked:

"How about we stop at a restaurant of your choice? My treat."

Hondur sat on the side of the street, watching as a strange looking man offered a naked flame on his palm to a woman in need of a light. It concerned him little. Hondur had seen many strange things over his elgongated life. Then he heard that word. Talarchia

That bastard Maximus was spawned in that nation. The one that had taken his beloved Skadi away. Hondur was 25 years older than Maximus, but his skills in combat had failed him against Skadi's second fledgeling.

After recovering from the battle, Hondur had fled Assington. He needed to get away from it. The VP, Emerald City and especially Skadi and Maximus. Skadi had even gone as far as to cease the operation of their link. It was still there, but turned off. He was alone.

Hondur wore a jet black t-shirt and black jeans. He also wore a long black trenchcoat, identical to Skadi's. Within the confines of his clothing rested two desert eagles and a short katana.

Ever since moving from Assington, Hondur had taken to alochol. His heightened senses merely enhanced the intoxicating effect on him. He had resorted to stealing to fuel his miserable drinking. Hondur had no home, he camped wherever he could for a day, moving around cities and nations. He had been here for at leas a week.

Hearing mention of Tarlachia, Hondur decided to listen. It had been 500 years since he had left Assington.

Celina's violet eyes looked over the man before, if that is what you considered him to be. Celina leaned over casually and lit her cigarette. She inhaled deeply, then exhaled in a stream of smoke. The cold air rushed into her lungs.

"I'm not sure that they'd have what I'm looking for on the menu," she said cooly with a smile. "Tokram..." she observed him momentarily, before closing her eyes. "I am Celina."

A man ground a cigar into the floor of the church. "Tell me the truth father. Why am I here?"

The priest sputtered, "You were reccomended to my by the cardinal..."

"Ah, yes. Very well... now, tell me more about this infestation..."

Laughter filled the air of the old 'shop'. "My, how delightful... Right now, I think I'll just wait..."

Hondur continued to wait, his vampiric senses picking up every word of the conversation. Perhaps this one knew of Maximus. Perhaps not. Either way, Hondur had nothing better to do with his life.

He was purposeless without Skadi, at times, he almost forgot to feed, merely sitting in the street, too intoxicated to move. The only thing worth moving for was vengence, but Hondur knew he could not defeat Maximus. Hondur may be older but Maximus was far more skilled in combat.

Perhaps the dragon one could help......

A little boy with milk white skin, untamed hair the color of the sun, cherrub cheeks, and a beautiful smile sat on a bench in a park in this jungle of steel and glass crying. His eyes which were usually the color of wine were flammed with red as he cried and cried. After a few minutes of his plight alone in the night in the park a middle aged woman on her night stroll found the child and sat next to him. "What is wrong child?" she asked as she patted him on the back. "Where is momma?" he asked in a voice filled with fear. "Don't worry dear, we will find your momma for you." she said as she drew him close to her and hugged him.

Just where her neck was exposed to the fangs that popped out of the child's mouth just before he bit into her neck to feast on her blood.

A few minutes later

The angelic child looked into the water of the parks pond and smiled at the reflection only his eyes could see. He had managed to keep from making a mess of his clothes, which were little more than rags at the moment, he needed to steal news ones. He glanced at the body on the bench, he didn't like having to kill them but he couldn't think of a way around it and he didnt' have time to cry, he had to get rid of the body. The child cut his index finger with a long fingernail and let a couple of drops of his blood fall on the bite marks. The blood seeped in to the two tiny holes and a few moments later the holes vanished.

Even though it was impossible for such a small child to lift an adult he picked her up as easily as a napsack and dumped her in the pond after stealing her purse, "They will asume as usual that a thief got her." he said outloud before he left. Oh how he wished his vampire mother was still alive but she died to save him a long time ago, too long ago for this immortal child, the child who was called David but known among vampires as the Saint.

David walked the dark streets of this city, the city that looked just like all the other ones he had walked, what was it's anem agian? David couldn't remember (or had never known) and at the moment could of cared less. At the moment before he had just broken the lock of on of the department stores and snuck in, ignoring the alarm and with the speed of his kind he had stolen some new clothes, black jeans, a pair of black running shoes, a black T-Shirt that said, I Will Wear Black Until Something Darker Comes Along, a little baggy but it would do, and a platinum necklace that he just couldn't resist taking.

After sneaking back out and giving the mortal police the slip David resumed his nightly walk of the streets of the city, a city that so far had proven to be a rather nice place to live for one of his kind. After an hour of walking and taking in the pleasures of the night he noticed another vampire, "Interesting, I haven't seen one of my kind in a long time." David thought as he recalled his own features. An Angelic child with white skin, the messy golden blond hair, the wine colored eyes, and an angelic face and sweet dimples.

"I wonder what his name is." David thought as he noticed that he had a female companion with him. "Just a human." he thought an an off-handed way.

Celina shot her eyes toward the man. Her name was well known, and any vampire with senses from that of a newborn would have heard this guy. Incredible... she thought silently to herself.

"Well it depends, how big is the pay off?" she asked, keeping the details vaugue from the one next to her. If her cover was blown with this vampire, she couldn't risk a fight breaking out here. She hoped that he had not heard her name before.

"Well it's a government job so we can afford to be generous. My superiors told me to point out that monetary wealth is not the only resource available to them if you understand what I mean." The man looked around, "Is there somewhere we can go to discuss this?"
08-02-2004, 05:25
The whole conversation clicked in Davids head and everything focused on the name "Celina", even for an eternal wanderer like him, the infamous vampire-child this name meant on thing, death. But even in a state of total panic David realized several things. One was that he had not made his presence known to anyone there. Two, Celina did not know of his existance. Three, if he bolted with the speed and powers of a vampire she would most likely chase after him if she failed to catch him she would ask questions, worse she would get answers. There was only one thing to do.

David turned to quietly walk away.

Slowly moving through the shadows, a commando of some sort stalked his prey. He was dressed for the role, with black fatigues, heavy combat boots, fingerless tactical gloves, balaclava, and tactical goggles. A set of thermal imaging goggles hung from his neck. A Berretta M96 was in the tactical hip holster on his right thigh, along with a long-slide AMT M1911A1 Hardballer in a shoulder holster on his left side. A UMP 45 was his primary weapon, outfitted with an aimpoint sight and a double magazine. A survival knife was displayed on his belt, opposite several .45 ACP magazines. The 'Cover your Six' lv4 tactical vest with frontal and rear composite shockplates provided decent protection from ballistic weaponry. A Smith and Wesson SWAT knife and a Glock Sub-compact .45 in a bootlace holser rounded out his impressive arsenal.

He'd come for bounty-hunting purposes, five grand per set of fangs. Vampires where not his usual quarry, but they paid better than his own kind did...

Tokram watched as Celina walked over to a rather pale figure, the same one she had been talking to before the short man had intervened.

Hmmmm...that one....yes.....a mortal-drinker...what was it that they called them now? Vampires? Yes, that was it.

The vampire looked over at Tokram, who nodded in return slightly. Tokram suddenly felt a psychic touch attempting to probe his mind. That damn vampire, he had nerve. Nevertheless, Tokram decided to make the vampire aware of his ability of sensing the probe, and so sent a mental image of extreme hot fire burning its angry flames toward the vampire. He smiled, revealing two rows of sharp pointy teeth. Dragon teeth, but all of about equal length.

With deep red skin and black horns, eyes and teeth he would have been quite conspicious had it not been for his coat.

Withdrawing his sword, he held it to his side, but still ready to be used if necessary. With a smile on his face, he spoke quietly:

"By the way, considering what he is, it may not be wise for you to be so close to him...exposed...."

Suddenly, a voice sounded behind him. Tokram turned quickly, as a man spoke, commanding them to disperse. He did not respond, but his eyes mocked the man.

Hondur grinned at the man's observation, bearing his fangs ever so slightly. The humour was interuppted by the Roanian. Hondur's blank glance shifted to the human, delving into him.

The eldar vampire unleashed a wave of telekinetic energy, blasting the man off his feet. Without another glance, he ascended into the air, exercising his recently aquried ability of flight, he moved onto the roof of a nearby apartment block.

Tokram chuckled to himself as he watched this man try his damndest to not show fear. Turning, he walked away, leaving the woman with the officer. He wouldn't listen to this pathetic man, this man who tried to keep law and order in a world of outlaws and disorder. He himself didn't care for the law, but he was smart enough to not mess with it. Swinging his blade around in a unique maneuver, he sheathed the sword as a final act. His cape billowed out behind him as the wind flowed past him.

Hondur crouched atop the large building, observing the officer, woman and dragon man with ease. He did not appreciate being interrupted and he doubed Celina did either. Especially Roanians. In his travels, Hondur had learnt of the infamous Roanians and their hatred of the supernatural.

Celina looked at the ground, and thne slowely brought her eyes up toward the Roanian. She did not drop her weapons, but turned them toward the man. She glanced to either side, it seemed that both Tokram and Hondur have fleed...perfect. Her pistols whirred as they were fully energized. Her aim was for his chest and one through his head if she should shoot.

"I don't think you want to be doing that sir," she motioned to her gun with a glance. "Two to one odds I'll shoot you first. Now let me tell you something, Roanian police have no juristiction here, if you haven't noticed. And, if you haven't noticed, I was having a conversation. And I do not like to be interrupted..." A click was heard, and she pullled the trigger rapidly at the Roanian. "And I'm a little trigger happy, if you haven't noticed."

Hondur sat over the side of the building now, casually watch Celina deal with the Roanian. She was obviously quite competent and sure of herself for a human. Perhaps she wouldn't need Hondur's help. The vampire continued to watch, intent on observing the result of the situation.

"And I'm a little trigger happy, if you haven't noticed."

Trigger Happy? Garret drew his standard desert eagle and peeked carefully around the corner. There he saw a beautiful woman, a strange looking Dragon man, and what looked like another intel officer.

"Another law agency investigating the vampires?" thought Garret,
"Why didn't the DEO tell me about this?"

Garret continued to watch the events unfold.

Tokram continued his walk away from the two, yet he still listened to the conversation behind him. He chuckled.

Celina can take care of herself for sure.

A head peeped out of a nearby alley, Tokram's eyes instantly locating it. He noticed the gun in the shadows, partially hidden. The man was watching the two converse with one another, and wasn't paying attention to him.

Hmm...I wonder how long he's gonna stand there? Oh well, I'll just watch him from here.

With a grin upon his face, he sat down on one of the benches provided for those waiting for the city transit to pick them up. His eyes intently kept watch on all three individuals, his hand playing with a flicker of flame which danced upon his upturned palm, jumping from finger to finger, as if it had a life of its own.

N'kratak'tht'k watched solemnly. He'd seen it all before. Wherever vampires and humans dwelled together, violence was in abundance. At least in this place, humans had rights. That was the main reason he had left The Underground City. Under his cloak he kept two axes, crafted by his own hand and enchanted by his own magic. He doubted he would have to use them though. Most humans were poor warriors and the vampires would likely have little interest in his presence.

He watched the events transpire from the shadows. He wanted to help, but he didn't know who to help. How could he tell who was in the right here?

The mercenary continued his fruitless hunt through the dark back-alleys and sidestreets... there was nothing except a few homeless people, who where more than a bit shaken by his sudden comings and goings. Nearby, a few people settled some sort of arguement in the street, drawing weapons that didn't have any place in any civil disagreement.

An investigation was in order, his ethics wouldn't let him walk away...

"Some dumb-ass motherf**ker probably rear-ended someone else... better get there before someone gets killed..."

He whispered to himself, his words muffled slightly by the balaclava on his face...

They could not be more different to the agent. One was a cloaked man, who seemed wary to enter the fray.

He seemed alright to Garret. It was the other he was worried about. It was a tall, muscled man wearing a balaclava.

He didn't seem at all unafraid to step in. Whether he knew what he was stepping into was another matter.

Garret was about to step out when he realized that something, rather someone was missing.

"Where is the Draman?" thought Garret.

Celina's fire stopped, and she holstered her guns, pretty sure that when you're hit with that many bullets, you're prone to die. Unless, of course, you're a Roanian. She figured this, and shot once more at his forhead. She spun the guns within her hand, and latched them back underneath her trench coat.

She looked around briefly. Apparently I attract too much attention... She slowly backed up, looking away, as if nothing happened. The street seemed silent to her, but she knew otherwise. She looked to the building behind her, and saw Hondur looking down upon her. An icy chill was sent down her spine, and she shivered. She made no note of it, and casually headed to the other side of the building. It was dark, and the wind was picking up. It chilled her skin as she reached up on the brick, and scaled the wall...

She pulled herself up to the top, her chest leaning against the edge before she hoisted herself up. She stood up straight, and looked at Hondur. There seemed to be a dead silence. For some reason, a tinge of fear was felt within her heart.

David meanwhile had fled the area as quickly and as quietly as possible. The vampire child eventually stopped his fast pace of walk and began to think on the sounds of gunfire he had heard comming from where the vampire hunter had been. "Well, I can only hope that she was-and still is-unaware of me, I don't want to leave this city, I like it here... But I did like Los Angelus too... At least my presense didn't stir a ripple there."

Then David glanced at a small 20 story tall building and climmed the walls as only a vampire could to reach the roof. Once there with his vampire eyes he looked into the distance to see if any of the people were drawing near him.

His body faded away.

Applause could be heard. A tall woman stepped from the air. "Bravo, Celina. Bravo. Those Roanians, they really don't know when to give up. You'd think being saved by a vampire twice would cause them to start to differentiate. But, no." Taliya smiled, and bent over, looking Celina in the eyes. She really didn't like people popping up everywhere. She liked to be in control, she was usually dominant of a pair. She paid this woman the fleeting concern of attention.

She saw Hondur upon the roof top, across from her. "I see you can handle yourself quite well young lady. I hope you know what you have gotten yourself into." He said to her.
She smiled softly in returen. "Do you?" She removed her trench coat, and threw it off to the side, (as well as her two pistols) revealing a well toned body. She undid the choker from around her neck, dropping it to the ground. There was what seemed like to be tape wrapped around her knuckles and wrists. Cold never bothered her, and the degree was dropping below forty degrees. Her violet eyes scanned over Hondur, and she waited.

Garret spied the Draman sitting upon a nearby park bench. With a sigh, he put away his desert eagle and made his way over to it. With a nod, he sat down.

Garret watched as the draman silently played with the fire emanating from his fingertips.

"Good evening. My name is Garret Hopkins, Agent of the Valient DEO... I've never seen a vampire do THAT, so i am assuming that you are not one...

In order for me to continue my lineage, I am on a quest to find six relics. These relics, although they appear to be unimportant, hold the keys for me to unlock the true power of my bloodline."

He clasped his hand, extinguishing the fire, and looked up at the man next to him. His pale blue eyes, seemingly kind in appearance, seemed to be oceans of wisdom, oceans of history to Garret.

OOC: Then this will be a good match... The Argonian people are blessed with animal-like senses and agility.

Since when are her pistols energy weapons?

IC:

Whiptail simply ducked under the makeshift projectile, thumbing the selector switch to full-auto and loosing a burst of fire in his attacker's direction... The woman was becoming a bother, but he would deal with her in good time, rolling out of the way of the energy bolts...

When Tokram and Garret returned to where they first met, Garret saw the fight ensuing between an unknown Argonian, Celina and Hondur.

Garret pulled his gun. "Tokram, if you may, please tell me who is who here... I would like to stop this madness once and for all..."

OOC: I love doing this kinda stuff with vamps :D

IC: Hondur ran across the roof as the gunfire collided with the tiles he had recently been standing on. Hondur reached the edge of the building and dived through the air and landed in the middle of the street. Before anyone could react, Hondur thrust off the ground and soared through the air, landing upon the building next to the hunter's building.

Quickly grabbing several more tiles, Hondur unleashed the clay projectiles at the hunter. Five in total.

Whiptail performs a circus-grade backflip, hurling himself off of the building & catching the edge with a clawed hand as the roofing material soared overhead. As they fly off into the distance, he kicks off, then wall-jumps from the building across from him, landing atop his previous perch.

Unphased, he fires again, emptying the clip. He released the empty magazine and slapped a fresh one into place, containing a more advanced UV technology. Whiptail squeezes off a second volley, blue fire spraying from the muzzle of his weapon...

As he fires, he takes cover behind an air conditioning unit...

Garret instinctively ducked as a hail of bullets, courtesy of Whiptail, came whizzing by.

"I don't care if she is arrogant or not. This firefight doesn't seem fair, or equal."

Garret whirled around to where the shots came from, and unleashed a volly of bullets. He ran and ducked behind a park bench.

"Well, you could keep them busy," she said in reference to the hunters including Whiptail. Without hesitation, she fired her last shot and rushed to the side of the building behind her, climbing up as quickly as her body would allow. Hondur was a rooftop across from her. She looked at the distance, and took a running start. She jumped across, catching the edge with her arms and hoisting herself up. She looked at Hondur. "Come on..." she said motioning to him. "There are more hunters arriving by the minute."

Hondur nodded, he could sense the presence of others with ill intent agaisnt his kind. Minutes ago he was quiet and happy sitting on the street, now he was being pursued by several armed vampire hunters.

Taking cover behind a brick chimney whilst the volley of bullets bombarded the space he had previously occupied, Hondur picked up several bricks and launched them at his attacker. This would give him enough time to leave.

She rushed toward him, and threw a pistol towards him. "This might have more effect then bricks." she called to him as she finally reached him. She was out of breath, and there was a large gash across her shoulder...seemingly from a bullet. The pain was just hitting her now, and she winced, but tried not to let Hondur notice. "We gotta get out of here."

Whiptail doesn't shift from his position as the bricks hit the AC unit. Poking the barrel over the edge, he triggers the small grenade launcher attatched to the bottom of his weapon, launching a 'Holy Hand Grenade' at the retreating Hondor, the projectile leaving white fire in its wake...

OOC: The HHG is simply a 40mm LV grenade that releses cross-shaped shrapnel along with wooden splinters. Last time I counted, MS' Dekker Bray and WA's Whiptail where the only hunters actively engaging Hondor and his female companion.

"Do not insult me human, lest I leave you here to deal with this on your own."

And with that, Tokram sheathed his sword, and held his hands slightly apart, palms inward and fingers moving. A small flicker of flame, soon formed into a fireball, and began to increase in size and in temperature, until it glowed a bright blue.

"Is this what you had in mind?" he asked mockingly, as he directed the monstrously sized flaming orb toward the rooftop where the others were. He didn't aim for anyone in particular, but it was done so that it would at the least threaten to burn any of them should they stray too close.

This was soon followed by a second flaming orb of blue fire, a slight angle to the side of it, which would make escaping the flames harder.

As Hondur ran, he fired several shots with his newly aquired pistols, all dead on target toward Whiptail. As he made the jump to the next building, Hondur felt the heat of the explosion and the small crucifixes embed themselves into his skin. Smiling slightly, Hondur continued to run. The crucifix was often the result of humans believing everything the movies say.

OOC: A little info about your attackers...

Whiptail is crouching behind a rooftop AC unit, hidden from view, so no rounds could be on target. You need a clear LOS for that. Running and shooting handguns at a target several rooftops away is a bit much. Vampires may be immune to bullets, but even after centuries of training the blood moving through his veins and his heavy breathing from running would upset his aim. You might hit the AC unit, but a pistol isn't a great distance weapon, no matter your skill. Get a decent revolver with a 5-6in barrel, and start firing single action shots from a stationary position. You'll have a much greater chance of hitting your target. A long-slide version of your handgun wouldn't be as accurate as the revolver, but more so than a standard version of your semi-auto.

Dekker Bray, the human, isn't on the roof. He's in an alley opposite the rooftop Whiptail is on.

Lastly, what human parent names their child 'Whiptail'?

My rantings are done for the day.

IC:

Dekker assumed a prone position, firing the last of his clip at the gathered attackers, minus the fleeing vampire. Quickly reloading, he re-aimed his UMP and fired another two-round burst. His size and position compensated for most of the recoil, but muzzle climb prevented him from firing longer bursts without endangering innocents.

Celina looked over the street. There were many civilians there, and cars whizzed by on the busy main street, but now were tapering off as it reached midnight. She rushed to the opposite side of the building to grab Hondur. She grabbed his hand, and pulled him to and off the side of the buiding with her, landing on a small stoop only about one floor down. it wasn't a great distance, but the hunters would have to come through the allyways to get to that side of the building. The window paned door slid open behind her strength as she pushed her way into her apartment. Her shoulder killed her, the bullet had gone straight through it, but it hurt her to no end. Her vision became slightly blurred, and became even more off balanced. If the hunters found out where they were, it would surely be the end to them. But her cluttered apartment held many weapons...

OOC: Sorry, I should have been more specific. If whiptail were to be poking around the corner of the AC unit, the bullets would hit him. My point was that he would have to take cover. And yeh, I think I am overdoing it a little. I'll keep that in mind. Also, I believe Celina's weapons were some sort of energy weapon.

IC: Hondur continued to run, following Celina into her apartment as bullets trailed their path. He quickly picked up the scent of spilled blood.

"Are you injured badly?"

He moved around the room, taking his pick of the asortted weapons. The hunters would most likely follow.

ooc:Yes they are an energy weapon.

IC:

"No," she said softly. She lied. She stumbled towards the bathroom, and opened one of the drawers. Many things fell on to the floor, and she searched through them, metal scraping against the floor. She got a pair of tweezers within her right hand, and stood up. She threw a pack of cigarettes onto her bed, and fumbled with a lighter. It took her three attempts to light it as she placed the metal over it, sterelizing it with what she had. .She put the lighter on the table, and looked at the blood seeping through her shirt. She took it off, knowing she had a cropped tank underneath, it wouldn't be a problem. She turned a way from Hondur so he would not see how badly she was injured. She slowly guided the tweezers throughout her wounded flesh until it locked around the bullet. She pulled it out, letting it drop to the floor, and winced in pain. Blood trailed the length of her arm, and her vision and balance was a little shaky. She reached for some pills on the cluttered desk and opened them, taking three.

Her balance started to return as she sat on the edge of the bed and grabbed her lighter and a cigarette. She tried the lighter, but to no avail, it would just not work. She raised an eyebrow at it and threw it in a small trash bin across the room, and sighed heavily. The wound began to heal over due to the pills. At least the severe bleeding had stopped.

Hondur moved in slowly and quietly next to Celina. His quiet movements took her by surprise as he sat next to her and bit his bottom lip, allowing the blood to seep forth from his mouth.

In a sudden movement, Hondur moved forward and embraced Celina, allowing a few drops of blood to pass into her mouth before pulling back and allowing the rest to fall upon her wound, speeding up the healing process.

Hondur continued to stare at Celina, he didn't need to ask the question, her merely awaited a response.

Celina was quite taken by surpise at his action, that she did not speak for a few moments. She felt the pain of the wound begin to dull slightly. Why would you do something like that for me? she said softly to him. I've hunted your kind for many years, and not once have they shown me a shred of kindness or humanity. She thought to herself for a while. Why have you done any of this for me; when I first met you, I wanted to kill you. She tilted her head slightly.

OOC: If any of you have played 'Kill.Switch', Whiptail has been performing the 'blindfire' technique. The only target he has presented has been his rifle barrel. Despite this, blindfiring is horribly inaccurate.

IC:

The bullets from his opponent plinked off of the bricks already lodged in the AC unit, a few tearing through to tear past his head. In response, Whiptail blindfired again, sending a swarm of UV rounds in Hondor's general direction...

The thing was, there were a few things she hadn't told Hondur. What would she tell one she had been bent on killing to begin with.

A dark hunter turned a vampire would cause a stir. Would she still hunt? Or bend at her knee and stop. Only time would tell. She lifted her eyes towards him. "If you can pin me down in less than ten seconds, I will accept with out hesitation." So it would be this that would decide it all. She knew very well he could pin her down, but not how quickly if she resisted. If she were ever to join the ranks of vampires, she would not accept any sire."

The blood began to flow into, he took in deep gulps, almost draining the girl completely dry. Eventually he drew away, to see the pale face of Celina looking back at him.

"Do not worry, you shall live."

She did as she had seen. She grasped his wrist within her hands and placed her mouth to the open gash. She looks up to him for reassurance.

She stood up with a slight headache, and smiled lightly. She slightly staggered to the bathroom, but finally got used to the feeling. She left the door slightly ajar, maybe on purpose, or mayhaps by accident.

She felt the water run through her there, and tried to grasp what had just happened. She now possessed a set of fangs, and her strength was increased slightly. She was hungry though, and she knew the hunger would not fade until satisfied, and the wanting for many years.
