With a brief ripple in space, and the oddly different blue flash, the New Dawn 03 lurched forward and entered Nexus Flight. Embarking from the system of Delta Serpentis (if anybody already owns Delta Serpentis I'm sorry, but the pic I have uses the system and I can't change it) over 1 million civilains and soldiers braced themselves, unsure what would come.

Surrounded by dozens of combat and cargo vessels the fleet sped through Sub-Space, surpassing the sluggish speed of light and moving towards SR-2091. After a brief hop of 7 light-years the fleet drops out of Nexus Flight, giving the engines a brief once over and a quick inspection of the rest of the systems.

"Well, how do they look?"

"Everything looks good, sir. The Magnetic Field Generators heald up, and we have successfully strengthened the Sub-Space fabric. Sir, it worked!"

"Excellent news! Get in contact with the rest of the colonisation fleet and check on their status. As soon as everything has checked out we're transferring back to Sub-Space back to Nexus Flight. Helm, ETA to SR-2091?"

"Expected ETA: 47 minutes."

"Good news. Now, let's get started on the other ships."

39 minutes later.....

First lieutenant Killson Jergon, wing leader of the 3'rd patrol, lazily twirled his Myrmidon Space Superiority Fighter in a loose barrel roll, keeping a lazy eye on the sensor screen. This far out into uncharted space he didn't expect to see anything of importance. After all, what could be out here?

Suddenly......

"We have sensor blips! I'm reading a fleet of ships dropping into real-space approximately 3 light-seconds off the bow of the New Dawn! They are not transmitting. Orders?"

Jergon swore and pulled his fighter around and pointed it at the new ships, calling in for a squadron of Sturmvogel Heavy Assault Stealth Fighters at the same time. (You never know what might happen with unknown ships)

"Unknown ships, this is First lieutenant Killson Jergon, wing leader of the 3'rd patrol from the New Damn 03. Please transmit your identification and intent. Immediete response is required."

I would be quite happy to take part in this RPas long as no one decides to jump in and turn it into a battle. Do you care what species i have in control of the fleet?

Species is no problem (as long as they're not a genocidal insane species. Bad history with them :wink: )

Genocidal yes insane no, the ssi-ruuk are quite sane but just a tad fanitical when it comes to religion. by the way do you want me to play as traders or a scout force for an invasion or what? (i kind of need text here)

well ok then lets get this ball rolling.

From the bridge of the Conflict's End, a Sathanis Class Juggernaught that happens to be my flagship:

"This new system seems to be quite full of resources"

"Yes, but thats what you said about the last one Colonel"

"This one's diffrent somehow"

"Wait" cried a tech from a nearby sensor station "They're launching fighters"

"Send a transmission to the largest ship you can find, tell them that we come in peace and wish to trade for minerals, then I will personally go on the ambassador shuttle"

OOC: my sathanis has several VERY important modifications, these include two more layers of hull armor, shields about the strength of an Eclipse class star destroyer, and is about 20 klicks long. and a whole lot more weapons systems that i dont feel like listing till i get un-lazy.

OOC: What, you're a Shivan nation? Dude, this is supposed to not be a combat RP

occ klonor i'm a shivan nation he's just a poser with a sathanis i can't get one though :cry: but i solved thatt problem by designing my own jugernaut :twisted:

IC: the general's shuttle cruises up toward the flagship(?) of the fleet.

OOC: im not shivans and ekardia is just jealous of my sathanis

OOC: Dude, if a Sathanas class Juggernaught appeared my ships would attack instantly or Sub-Space to the other side of the galaxy. Any Shivan ships or technology is instantly regarded as a threat.
