Last week, I have created a new region called Wutai. It is a great mountain region were you are free to rape your women, or give them supreme power. You are free to shoot your Males and throw their bodies in ditches, or you can give them the freedom to do whatever they want. You are free to make your people so poor, that they have to eat their own children to survive, or you can make them such brats, that they use silk to wipe their ass. I ask of all new nations to at least give us a try. We are in the middle of getting a U.N. Delegate. Also, other regional positions are open. Such as Chief of Defence, who controls our Regional Guards. Their is Chief Commander of Wutai, who controls our main Regional Army, which is sent to aid all of our region's nations who go into a state of war, or attacks a nation which our supreme council decides to attack. Their is Minister of Gathering, who gathers alll of our nations together in times of war. Head of Reception is currently held by Leanugm, but we will have elections for it, as well as with most of our positions.Head of Reception is in charge of helping any nations, who want to join, or just want information about our Region. We will soon get a U.N. Delegate, whom will also be able to enter Regional control, in addition to their ordinasry services. On top of it all, is I, the Founder of Wutai, as well as the Head of the Supreme Council. Founder is sort of like a Dictator position, which cannot be taken away from me. I have the power to enter Regional Control, strip people from their postiions, and even eject a pest like nation from our Land. Head of Supreme Council is just the person who oversee's everyone with a position. I believe that it will become a powerless position, once we have a U.N. Delegate. After we have one, the U.N. Delegate would assume the authority of the Head of the Supreme Council
I hope that all new nations at least give us a look. We will gladly welcome anyone.
