As part of it's WMD development program, a small section called "BIOWARRIORS" was formed to develop technology to detect biological agents in a quick and cheap way. After 20 years of research, the section has developed a Bio-Scanner is a small hand-held device to scan possibly infected areas for biological agents.
The device is a small computer attached to some special light emitting sensors which emit at a particular frequency on the radio spectum. The reflected light is interpreted and the image colour-coded.
It is the size of a video camera and powered by battery. It will be introduced to customs in Jeruselem and the military forces. It has a viewing screen which an image of the target area with brightly colour-coded areas
(a) Red = Possible bioagent
(b) Yellow = Natural biological material (environmental)
(c) Blue = Unknown bio material
Foreign governments can licence the technology, but with very strict conditions attached. We reserve the right not to licence the technology to anyone we feel is a threat to us or our allies.
