OOC:Neo-Wu Returns.
Well, a few months to myself sure did do some good. It was well needed, and I have returned, given that the forums don't mess with me.
I was gone long enough to forget everything that happened, so as of now I am completely starting over, as of now I have no armed forces, or anything for that matter. I will still honor the same alliances I have had, still be sided, but as far as nation to nation, one on one, I am not carrying on any of those. If you want to talk of an agreement between our nations, you can do so in another thread, I will make in a bit.
So if you have any question feel free to ask.
I don't know how long you've been gone, but just in case you haven't heard I did go away for the summer, lost my nation, and got it back in November.
