Imperial News Center (INC) - Today, Emperor Sean May announced that development of a 50 megaton hydrogen bomb has been completed. Nuclear testing is expected to begin in a very remote area in the country soon.

Imperial News Center (INC) - Today, Tasty Foods detonated the most power nuclear bomb it has ever detonated, a 50 megaton hydrogen bomb. Black clouds spread across the country. People around the country felt the blast, and we've also had reports that neighboring countries felt the blast too.

Emperor May is pleased with the test results and mass production of these powerful hydrogen bombs will begin immediately. It is thought that he already has 1 in his arsenal, and that number is expected to grow.

It is standard proceedure for us to ask for an investigation into the cause of such a blast to allow our people to independantly verify what happened.

You see, this will allow us to report our finding which will be seen as impartial. With such an investigation the world can look at your comments on what happen and our investigation to effectively prove that you are telling the truth.

Your claims are not in question, we only wish to verify them and to add the information to our statistics on the effects. We guessed a test probably occured, now we are coming to prove our guesses.

Your watchers are welcome as they prove you have taken an interest. We have no qualms with the ownership of Nuclear Weapons, nor the tests of such weapons, but we would like the world to trust you when you claim you are testing your arsenal.

OOC: Basically I can now write IC that I know it to have been a test without making IC assumptions, I will assume my people have entered your nation and are making the tests without any problems, even going as far as to share all information with you.
