The Protectorate of Shyra is now preparing for war, we are doing this through a number of programs which are detailed below:


Directive One: By order of the Provisional Government Council of the Protectorate of Shyra, a draft has now been enacted that will affect those between the ages of 18 and 45, it will continue untill the size of our Army has been increased from 1% of our people to 3%.

Directive Two: By order of the Provisional Government Council of the Protectorate of Shyra, a program has been enacted for the purpose of creating a Shyran Navy, this program will mostly focus on Diesel-Electric Submarines, and Diesel-Electric Missile Submarines that fire conventional missiles, such as the Harpoon, the Tomahawk, and the Exocet, though a suface force will be maintained.

Directive Three: By order of the Provisional Government Council of the Protectorate of Shyra, a program has been enacted for the purpose of creating a Shyran Air Force, this program will mostly focus on defensive craft, such as Short-Ranged Fighter-Bombers, Air Superiority Fighters, and Helicopter Gunships, though other craft will be maintained.

Directive Four: By order of the Provisional Government Council of the Protectorate of Shyra, a porgram has now been enacted for the creation of a Shyran Rocket Corps, the S.R.C. will be the controlling force of Shyra's WMD deterence force upon it's development, they will also controll any large conventional missiles, such as SRBMs loaded with normal HX, most of our large missiles, including those with WMD payloads, will be SRBMs(Short-Ranged Ballistic Missiles), and IRBMs(Intermediate-Ranged Ballistic missiles), though a small force of ICBMs(Inter-Continental Ballistic Missiles) will be maintained.

Directive Five: By order of the Provisional Government Council of the Protectorate of Shyra, a program has now been enacted for the purpose of creating a Shyran Space Program, to this end we are now charting out land to create a Space Center.
