Our Provisional Government Council has now made the Shyrakat Freedom Program official, now all Shyrakat slaves must be payed for the work they do each Saturday and Sunday, once they have 300 Aeons they may buy their freedom with it, and they shall recieve a Cetificate of Freedom declaring that they have purchased freedom and are never to be enslaved again, after a 60 year period all Shyrakats not yet freed will be freed automatically without needing to pay any money, then we'll go to work on lowering segregation slowly.

We are gladdened to see these policy changes come into effect. CEO Kargaah is putting together a budget package of some of our surplus funds to aid your gavernment in the continued enaction of these programs.
