Not the usual *YOU HAVE SLAVES, I NUKE YOU* flamefests but something that we will look back on and think, yes, that was a great RP. That was fun. That was cool. If we published it, we could make quite a bit of money.
Something with a definite beginning or end.
Something that begins with a treaty being signed and ends with the broken emperor shaking hands with his conqueror over the ashes of his capital.
And we'll use TROUSRS' forum if this one don't work.
So, what do you experienced, older RPers think of this? AMF? Menelmacar? Melkor? Think you can make something good with me? Or you younger, also respected nations? Klonor? 5CN? DGNT? Think you can learn fast enough?

Well, since this war would most likely exclude nukes and most WMDs, I think you can compete if you are little. If you need aid, and I happen to be your ally in this conflict, I'll lend you some men. I've got quite a good number of citizens, counting the colonies and all.

Also, if you haven't necessarily gained much respect, are you allowed? I think I really haven't garnered that much respect, to tell the truth.

Perhaps there may be interest from my corner. Perhaps....

Somehow I see limited involvement for reptilians there, though. Unless it's a sci-fi kind of war.

I'm all for something big like this, been wantin' to test out my war abilities for a while (and that incident with coming within poking distance of sterilizing Mars, does not count!), but I always lack an IC reason to get involved with anything. Present an opportunity, and, barring Real Life, I'll probably jump on it.

I too would be interested in a Total War- the Empire of Roycelandia operates on an Updated WWII tech tree- ie, WWII designs, updated with Modern Equipment. The Imperial Aerospace Spitfire and the AC-47 were used in the recent African Commonwealth Conflict, to devastating effect.

As it is, Imperial Redcoats are possibly the finest marksmen in the NS world- considering that they are armed with the Mk III Lee-Enfield .303 rifle, they have to be...

So, are as someone stated, is it going to be a war on all fronts? If so, I would like to be ground forces. I have not released my Space Fleet, and do not wish that the first thing I do release it into is an all out NS war (although the idea is a bit compelling, perhaps I will only release my majors, for the hell of it).

Moreover, is this going to be outside of the normal role play ettiqutte? By that I mean, is this going to have an effect on our nations or is this just for the hell of it? Will the damage done in the war be accountable and played in all other events we partake in or are we just taking the damage in this, and it does not hold through other threads?

I just want to get some matters clear with me. :wink:

No idea. I suppose I could keep it up. I am working on my new one, which anyone who has ever played with any of the characters from The Dictatorship is welcome.

You see, I play each of my characters with care. Each one is factioned in a different light and has a completely different personality, lifestyle, attitude, the whole nine yards. Well obviously though, Der Fuhrer is one of the most interesting ones, because you never know how it is going to end. Der Fuhrer and capricious just entertwine with one another. And so, I want everyone to who's ever played with any of my characters, or who are just purely interesting in finally meeting the Iron Fist of my region; the creator of The Red Queen, COSP, and of course The Depths of Hell.

I know all of these seem unimportant to name, but if you ever faced me in a war, these three words will strike fear. They are......my preciousesssessssss.

I maybe be interested in this as well. Although my nation is small, I do try to up hold a decent standard of RPing. Consider me in this if I fit the criteria you are looking for. If you need references, I could give you links if you wish, but I have only been in two conflicts, one invading war and another that is a wargame which is currently under way.

I'm intrested. Although I haven't been in too many RPs, I try to maintain a standard of quality. Plus, I think this would be a good oppertunity to get to know the major RPers in the community.

I hope it's just for the hell of it, because then I could use this nation and not the one Der Fuhrer Dyszel's friend is loaning me.

I too would like to join this RP. I have only done character-based RP so far, but having been reasonably good at that I feel I would do well in a war RP (at telling a good story that is. Not at winning the war... :? ). If possible I should like to use a puppet nation that actually has an army worth mentioning. It is a 400+ million nation which came in the top 4,000 for Largest Arms Manufacturing Sector. Is there an organisation thread up yet?
