In order to increase the availability of helium-3, Guild Phoenicia will be establishing four cities in the Jovian system on the moons Sinope, Ananke, Adrastea, and Amalthea. Any nation with pre-existing claims to these bodies should notify Tripolis as soon as possible to allow for a change in plans. Four Promethei will be departing from Tripolis in two weeks time to establish the colony.
