the Coalition of Strategic Military Powers Charter
Introduction.
Throughut the course of history empires, kingdoms, and nations sought to empower themselves economically, militarily, and politically by uniting with like-minded others to achieve a common goal.
When the ever changing world of politics presents itself in the form of threats to our national security, it is with the utmost desires of forming a coalition for the intent of mutual defense for the nations of this alliance.
With this said we create the Coalition of Strategic Military Powers this day of November 19, 2219, with the intention of empowering all member nations economically, militarily, and politically. The Coalition of Strategic Military Powers is a coalition intended for the mutual defense, peacekeeping, and application of military forces during international situations.
It is with our intentions of setting this coalition into motion that we set down the articles that shall henceforth constitute as law.
Article 1: CSMP as an organization requires that all member nations must meet the minimun required population of five-hundred million to become eligible for membership.
Article 2: CSMP as an organization requires that all member nations must have a self-sufficient economy (All-Consuming or better) tp be eligible for membership.
Article 3: CSMP as an organization requires that the armed forces of all member nations must meet the minimum required total of two-and-a-half million people.
Article 4: Membership to this coalition will be granted to nations who can fend for themselves against an enemy of equal or slightly larger size, however if attacked by a significantly larger nation (exceeding 200 million or more in population) then the CSMP will intervene.
Article 5: All nations are permitted to join this coalition and remain in another coalition or organization at the same time, however if another organization that you are in goes to war, we will not meddle with inter-organizational affairs.
Article 6: All members of CSMPare entitled to contribute a portion of their armed forces to the CSMP Armed Forces, and to participate in coalition military exercises.
Article 7: CSMP as an organization will allow expansionist empires the right of membership. However nations found to be waging wars of genocide will be expelled without recourse.
Article 8: All members of CSMP are permitted to fight their conflicts on their own terms, however if an CSMP nation is found to be comitting war crimes by killing innocent civilians, CSMP Peacekeeping Forces will intervene, and the offending nation will be expelled and the leader tried by tribunal.
Article 9: All nations within CSMP must agree to keep sensitive information to themselves and to other members of CSMP, if you are found divulging information regarding CSMP military plans you will be expelled without recourse.
Article 10: All matters involving CSMP will be decided by consensus, all member nations of CSMP are allowed to take part in the CSMP "council". All decisions involving war, trade, peace, the admission of members is decided by the CSMP "council".
Article 11: All members of the CSMP should defend each other, as this coalition promotes mutual defense, and the assistance of all coalition members. Any nation that is found not assisting another CSMP member who is at war with a significantly larger nation will be expelled without recourse.
