In the spirit of healthy competition, the fledgling nation of Strefethen would like to host an international Ice Hockey tournament.

The games would be held in the newly finished Rink on Melos. It has stands to hold 120,000 and the finest ice in the Cyclades.

Both individual states and Regional conglomerations are welcome to compete.

The Internationale Intelligent Icers will be the home team in the tournament and consist of 21 skaters. 15 from Strefethen. 11 men and 9 women.
3 centers, 8 wingmen (4 left, 4 right), 6 defensemen, 3 goalies and one reserve player who has not been announced yet.


Please bear in mind that all teams are co-ed and reffing will be according to slightly modified rules. Playing the body will be completely legal, however checking of players without the puck is stricly forbidden.


Please post interest on this list, along with composition of team (sex and roster) with availability of 2 open spots to be named when the tournament begins.

The new nation of Digit4lis is excited at the opportunity to participate in international sports competition.

The Central Ministry of Atheletics supports the international sized rinks which compliment a faster more agile game which is to be expected with coed teams over the tighter body-oriented rink of the NHL.

Our 22-man team consists of 11 forwards (6 wingers, 3 forwards, 2 utility forwards), 8 defenders and 3 goalies. 15 men and 7 women.

When will the competition take place?

The Mighty Ducks of Eizen, our top professional franchise, is eager to fae international competition. We have briefed them however that international rules include things such as "no cross checking" " No using the stick as a weapon" and of course "Winning a fight does not absolve you of Game misconduct peanalties"
