These islands are being over run with exotic animals, The United States of Celaya is selling exotic animals. Is your nation running high on animal extinctions? Are the animal rights groups jumping down your throat on better gun control? Or are you just tired of going into the office and dealing with the everyday paper trail? SO throw all those things out the window with this special deal.
IF you like animals we have all kind of running free among the forest and skyscraper peaks. Exotic Animal poachers used these islands has a hiding ground from law enforcement officials. Well soon greed got to the poachers and they slowly started rioting between islands. Soon enough by the year 1994 the islands were deserted by any human being. The liberated Exotic animals soon flourished though our region; there had been no human involvement in this region for 10 years until now.
Under the order of President Celaya the animals have been set at a control and will sold to any nation. Plus we have a special right now on NO TAXES (rules apply read further) These wonderful animals are reaching there limit to breed in there own species, soon a mass mutation of theses animal species will develop. Major scientists through out the world have visited the Islands and have all agreed that if measures are not met on the limiting the amount of exotic animal, these animals will kill themselves off existed. Possible scene disease could soon spread do to new mutation and new mutation of disease that follows. So far the only animals that have been sold are the Rat Terrier to the United States of Celaya. The Turtle (which involves all species of exotic turtles) to the Democratic States of Celsoles.
WE still are overflowing with animals and need nations to join our region and buy some of our animals. WE also provide a trade agreement (Which are explained near the bottom of page) if you do not wish to keep your animals on your land. Farming is also available for nations that eat there particular national animal. SO if you are running low on a particular animal species:

Where else could you see a cheetah racing a tiger, polar bear hunting fish with black bears, Gold fish swimming with sharks, etc. IF we can’t get you your particular animal will give you your second choice free.
Rules do apply:
1) Only one animal can be sold to one nation.
2) Nations that join Celayan Tropical Islands region get a 75% cut in tax cut on all agriculture purchases.
3) Nations or Regions that do wish to farm there animals outside of Celayan Tropical Islands will be subject to agricultural taxes and trade taxes.
4) Nations that want to just purchase that animal with no farming intentions will simply pay for the trade taxes.
5) Once a purchase request is made the U.S.C. (United States of Celaya) will put it to a vote among the other nations in The Celayan Tropical Islands Region.
6) If votes decline your request that nation is still able to get the free animal species of their choice.
