The Region of Internationale (composed of the nations listed below) proclaim the initiation of military cooperation between the nations. The Internationale Joint Liberation Force is composed in the following manner:

1. The Democratically-Elected leader of the People's Republic of Zainfidel will serve as Supreme Allied Commander of Internationale Forces.

2. All nations' troops divided equally among air, ground(army and marine), and naval forces. Annual force size will be distributed as follows:
a. Strefethen: 1% of total population (at present, 1.73 million of 173 million)
b. Stephen: 2% of total population (at present, 3.54 million of 177 million)
c. Zainfidel: 4% of total population (at present, 7.12 million of 178 million)
d. Marijua-Hookastan: 1% of total poulation (at present, 1.67 of 167 million)
e. Zivko: 4% of total population (at present, 6.16 million of 154 million)
f. Virilebaum: 3% of total population (at present, 4.2 million of 140 million)
g. Indochronia: 3% of total population (at present, 4.8 million of 160 million)
h. Punan: 3% of total population (at present, 4.32 million of 144 million)
i. Voxpop: 3% of total population (at present, 5.1 million of 170 million)
j. Fecundia: 3% of total population (at present, 1.86 million of 62 million)
k. Parapalegic: 3% of total population (at present, 360,000 of 26 million)
l. Demonic Pansies: 3% of total population (at present, 480,000 of 16 million)
m. Dragonhenge: 4% of total population (at present, 1.28 million of 32 million)
n. Threlana: 2% of total population (at present, 240,000 of 12 million)
o. Rock and Poetry: 3% of total population (at present, 420,000 of 14 million)
p. Bernstainia: 3% of total population (at present, 1.2 million of 40 million)
q. Anarres III: 3% of total population (at present, 420,000 of 14 million)
r. Tanukia: 3% of total population (at present, 270,000 of 9 million)
s. Alcibaides: 3% of total population (at present, 240,000 of 8 million)
At present our total forces, combat and support, total 45,410,000.

3. Branch Organization
a. Air Forces (11,352,500 strong)
25% of forces in research, engineering, etc.
25% trained pilots
50% traditional support units
b. Naval Forces & Merchant Marine (11,352,500 million strong)
75% ship crews
25% flight crews
c. Ground Forces (22,705,000 strong) Half army, half marine forces.
5% elite forces- focusing on humanitarian/peacekeeping skills.
35% traditional infantry forces.
35% logistics and other support personnel.
25% in Armored Division.

15% R&D
25% Personnel
32% Operation & Maintenance
26% Procurement
1% Military Construction
1% Housing

At present, our military budget amounts to $913.899 billion per month.

The following pieces of equipment were purchased to supply the JLF's ground forces:

For elite forces:

Fully equipped with MP5s and M60s at a cost of approx. $660 million.
Another $600 million for explosives and small arms.
20 HH-60 helicopters at a cost of $200 million.

For Armor, Artillery, and Air Cavalry:
48 AH-1W Cobra Attack helicopters at a cost of approx. $514 million.
144 M1-A1 Tanks at a cost of approx. $620 million.
200 Medium Howitzers at a cost of $210 million.

For Infantry:
Fully equipped with M16s at a cost of $1.2 billion.
Heavy arms and explosives at $3 billion.
Small arms for $1 billion.

Total cost for these items: approx. $9.5 billion

Note that these are not the only purchases, as the rest of the ground forces procurement budget (approx. $35 billion) was used for other combat equipment, ammunition, information technology, engineering, etc.
These are just the highlights of the cool stuff.

The following purchases were made to equip the IJLF Navy.

3 aircraft carriers for $22.5 billion.
20 destroyers for $50 billion.
20 cruisers for $20 billion.
6 Sohcahtoa-class Attack Submarines for $10 billion.
6 LPD 4 Austin class amphibious transport docks for $1.8 billion.
4,017 Tomahawk missiles for $2.085 billion.

The total for these purchases is $106.385 billion.

The same disclosure remains regarding the expenditures of the remaining $27.6615 billion.

The following purchases were made to equip the IJLF Air Force.

5 B-2 Bombers for $10.5 billion.
200 C-130s for $4 billion.
40 AC-130 Gunships for $5.28 billion.
200 F-117 Stealth Fighters for $9 billion.
5 Arrow 2 theater missile defense batteries for $850 million, positioned on the outer islands of Cyclades and on Diego Garcia.

The total expenditure for these purchases amounts to $29.63 billion.

The remaining $30.5 billion was used as per the previous disclaimer.
