This is most likely going to take place in a new thread, but because of some controversy over RF's roleplaying skills I am requesting several refs to keep things sane. Either mods or players, it makes no difference. If one party starts to godmod or bitch, I want the refs to help handle it.
If any impartial players would like to volunteer, post here and me and RF will make the decision.

I'd help, but my NS login times start when all the action finishes. :(
Will you take GreenMan's men? They are yours to use.

GreenMan is a godmoder. He is attempting to volunteer millions of troops - his population is only 8 million.

OOC:
I gotta go. If anything major happens, can one of yall telegram me?
Thanks.
I'll volenteer, I tend to be good in war RPs. M expirience is NOT limited to playing C&C (as it seems some RPers here are), but instead, I have studied the current wars in depth (Bosnia, Iraq (one and two), Iraq/Iran, WW1, WW2) and I have also studied many of the 18th/19th century wars, if not in depth, at least I have done look overs of the tactical and strategic plans.

Well, all I'm looking for is refs to keep godmoddery and bitching down to a minimum. And if one party refuses to comply with ref's rules, then that side will automatically lose. Yes, I want this war RP policed for etiquette.
I would like to be an official observer, though "referee" is probably not something I would be qualified for... while I have read numberous thread on tactics and assorted logistical links, but otherwise I've not actually been in a armed conflict and I would like to learn much from this war as I can forsee some interesting situations occuring during the "breaching" process of the invasion. Afterall... landing troops is probably one of the hardest parts in war... especially if you have to go a long way to do so.
Well, I can do that. I am not a madman when it comes to realism though, I mean, some things I will let through as "artistic licence" and I will not ask down to the neutron how something works.

That's what I'm looking for, realism without the stat wanking. Let's see what RF says.
Id happily volunteer aswell, im not as new as my nation would give away.
Ive actually played a couple of wars with my old nation wich however is lost now. Im also very intrested in war and military structure and alot of military stuff in general :P.
Also ive been a erm "ref" in another online war game like this in forum. Altough it was based on a fantasy world, the practice is still the same.
Hope you'll have me :)

I would volunteer to ref, however... due to my past alliances with Automagfreek, I doubt that I could be counted as an impartial.
I will watch though.

I would, but I'm planning to get involved ICly once Melkor gets on and sorts things out.
I would like to volunteer to play the role of a referee. I have extensive knowledge in logistic, military capabilities, and actual combat. If I am excepted, I will not participate in this war;unless Italy or Switzerland is attacked. I will also be as fair as possible to all parties in the war.

The only thing I need to know is if chemical/biological weaponry is allowed.
I can play the role of Ref. I have knowledge of military tactics and gear, and I can login often to check it. And, I can't participate in this war, since I have a number of forces, including 3 of my largest carrier groups, dedicated to other battles.

I'll chip in a bit... but I've got my RP with Rep and Menel to handle... shouls be getting back to that soon... hmm
I can "ref" if you want although I haven't been in a war, I do have some past rpin' experiences, and I have no ties with either parties, and I like Thelas will let some artistic liberties.
The only thing I need to know is if chemical/biological weaponry is allowed.
Yes. Seconded. That would affect what peacekeepers I may send there.

That would affect what kind of weapons I use in this war. ;)
I'd volunteer, but my obvious support of "everything AMF does" might run contrary to RF's opinion on my impartiality.
I think I have a very down to earth style of deciding what is wank or not. And I plan not to say or do anything unless a party specifically decides to complain about something.
We are talking about ooc refering right?

I'll agree to Ref. I have prior experience in the McLeod-Terristan Conflict. I have a knowledge of modern weapondry as well as ancient. I am currently involved in a 17th century naval RP along with old Britannia, Crookfur, Civilized Nations and Defect, but it seems to have died.
I am also part of a non-interventionist region, and I will be impartial to both forces.
I am not a stat wanker, but I do appreciate a measure of Realism. Ergo no EMP weapons as the technology though close does not exist. Technology that has been approved without a working prototype is acceptable.
Nukes and Bio weapons use I leave to the consent of the players.
I would also like to recommend Iuthia, a member of my region. He is currently enrolled in Engineering classes.

Belem, Sketch and Thelas get my votes. They're on quite abit and are NS vets.
I'd like to have as many ref as possible incase not everybody can make it on.

They better not be part of the war at the same time.

They aren't.
I have no interest in getting involved. big nation conflicts are too costly for too little reward.

When you are ready, post up the war topic in international incidents.
Also Why don't you reply to my damn PM's?

Also, I'd like to stay out of I.I, I'm tired of the noob idiots that dwell there.

ok. Its up to you to post when you;re ready for war.
In a seperate thread of course.

If you require more, I am a vet, of sorts. My nation is a reactivated May 2003 nation, and I'm on all the time, several times a day often.
I would be a ref, but I can't because I might get involved in the actual war.
I would volunteer, but you aren't likely to accept me... I have a few advantages, a slight obsession with military history and modern militaries and I am very unbiased considering I'm fairly new to NS. Also, even though I have a good idea of what realistic is, I would allow leeway. I can also be on every day. Hower, I'm fairly new to NS, and although I have RPing experience, I probably don't have as much as some people.
So I could Ref, but you won't want me.
(Wow, that was pessimistic)
