The current events in the world has made Dannelands goverment to hurry the production of its newly-researched Gundams.
It has authorized to go into stage two in the Gundam project.
In stage two it is planned that another 1000 Gundams of the allready produced gundams Sephyre and Zaku shall be built within a period of 7 years.

Sephyre
Height: 16.7 meters
Weight: 6,5 tons
Armament:
1x Heavy Assault Rifle
2x Titanium Knives
2x Assault Guns (semi-automatic)
Armour: 2,5 cm thick titanium armour with electro-carpet
Power Source: Fusion Power pack.
Cost: 10 Billion USD

The Sephyre is what will be the backbone of Dannelands army, capable of doing various tasks and will be most likley seen everywhere in Dannelansd army. Though it will mainly be concentrated on Defence, patroling and such tasks. Though it can very well be seen in offencive millitary campains.
The Electro carpet is a force-field generating "carpet" that is inserted in the middle of the armour. Instead of the classic "force field" that is so often seen in Sci-Fi series, this "force field" is rather an energy field that stops incomming energy. It completly stops the energy that tries to hit the Gundam. The only thing that the energy field has incommon (sp?) with the "force field" is that it can't take to mutch beating.
To avoid the gundam so completly destroy the ground that it walks upon due to its weight, it has small jet-engines on its legs and feets to prevent it from destroying the ground.
It is also equiped with night-vision and thermal (sp?) vision.

Zakus
Height: 17 meters
Weight: 7 tons

The Zaku is a development of the Saphyre, though it has less armour, it is faster and can be mounted with more weapons than the Saphyer
The Zaku is an all around Gundam capable of various tasks from recon to assault.
Just like the Sehpyre it has an electro carpet to provide an energy field and jet engines on its fields and legs.
Also the Kämpfer gundam shall go into production, some 450 Kämpfer class gundams shall be built during the same time period.
