I just recently joined a brand new region called "DICTATORS Welcome" and let me tell you it shows some promise. The best part is that there is basically no rules at all. SO IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A TOTALLY HORRIBLE DICTATORSHIP....GO RIGHT AHEAD!!!! We dont even allow the UN inside our region.
