Foe Hammer

Earlier this week, Captain Murdak, an Assington Pirate Commander, was charged and sentenced for an unprovoked attack on Foe Hammer Armada and Naponian Armed Spaceforce vessels. His sentence would have been Death by The Table, but a test subject was required for a dying project. What was that project? Successfully implanting an AI into a human.
Murdak, renamed William, the AI's self-assigned name, has just fully recovered from his surgery. The AI interface is simple. A very small electronic signal transmitter was attached to the subject's Cerebral Cortex. This was then routed to a Cardslot in the back of the neck, where the AI's small 1 inch by 1 inch card is inserted. It is currently unknown if Murdak completed the procedure without temporary - or permenant - memory loss. The best part - These "Body Artificial Intelligence" units run on the energy produced by the host. Numerous hosts can be used, from willing volunteers to Death-row inmates.
The procedure took up around 10 hours, and cost thousands of dollars, almost equal to the amount it costs to put one soldier through Boot Camp. Not only will this program provide a boost in Foe Hammer's Troop numbers, albeit a rather small one, but it will also provide numerous Neurosurgeons and Brain Surgeons with jobs, which will in turn raise the economy.
Foe Hammer will be willing to trade this technology to it's allies.
OOC: Don't ask me exactly how this thing works because:
1) I'm not a doctor/scientist, for christsakes.
2) It's a friggin' game.
And if you aren't going to ask, thanks for understanding :)
