Espo Drug Raid Reveals Strange Corpse (ATTN: Elven Nations)

"Go."
Doors crashed in, wood splintered. Three men charged in, spinning, their G36 Assault Rifles snarling as blood sprayed. "Clear!" More Espos were smashing through the windows, dropping in the roof. Fields of fire shifted, Assault Rifles snarled.
"CS pop!" one man called, and the Espos adjusted their gas masks as CS Cannisters were fired into the interior rooms. There was screaming and choking as the tear gas spread. Flash bangs detonated, and every piece of glass shattered, the toilets and sinks destroyed, water spraying through the dilapidated crack house.
The point man blasted the door with his Pancor Jackhammer, and the first four man team spilled into the gassed room. Psych profiling had proven that when flashed and gassed, ninety nine percent of subjects fled to the corners by reflex. Each man fired into a designated corner, and the sprays of blood atested to the correct nature of the profiling.
"Clear!" The team closed on the basement access door, blasting it with the Jackhammer. Tear gas grenades tumbled down the stairs, but not flash bangs, for fear of shattering the evidence below. Espos shot first, but evidence was needed to justify the aftermath.
The first team dashed down the steps, fanning out. One resident attempted to draw an SMG, a Mac-10 from the appearance, but the snarl of a G36 threw him back, his chest erupting into a volcano of blood. "Contact! Tango down!"
One of the Espos flipped his thermal sensors on, looking through walls for heat signatures, his G3A1 cracking as the colored figures crumpled and holes drilled through the walls. Doors crashed down in rapid sequence, followed by bursts of 5.56 fire. "Basement clear! Area secure!"
"We've got the lab locked down. Looks like a standard meth setup."
"Okay, good job, boys. Come back topside for evac. Let's let the detectives clean up."
"Roger that. We're packing up."
In the corner, one of the Espos kicked over a corpse. "Uh, boss? We got a problem."
"What?"
"They weren't human, sir."
"What?" The Lieutenant approached, bewildered.
The Espos nudged the body with his foot. Nearly human, it was thinner, more ethereal, pointed ears, and would have been beautiful if not for the three gruesome holes in it's chest. "That ain't a human body."
"Then what is it?"
"Shit if I know. I know this, though. It was in a drug house. So, it broke the law... and now it's dead."
The officer raised his eyebrows. "Well, that's obvious. But, why is it the way it is? We've heard rumors of other races, but this is... is it mutated? Or a real race?"
"I don't know, sir. Let's just bury it and close the case. That's what we're paid to do."
"I wish it were that easy, but as an officer, I'm paid to keep the peace, not just break stuff, kill people. To do that, I need to know what the hell this man was." He pulled his radio, dialing over to Internal Security Agency frequencies. He wanted to get this body off his hands and pass the buck up the chain.

OOC: This may seem strange, but Kaukolastan has never encountered other species, so we're a bit puzzled, and the body will be locked up in cryo somewhere. This is my way of "getting out there" and hopefully meeting other races. Ortillery need not apply. 8)

<and KICK>
Well if you truly must know what it is. Its a vile and insidious elf. They oppose everything Humans oppose and consider us the true race to be inferior to them. Of course that is impossible because they are demons forged in the abyss and are basically succubi.
Any others that are found should be put to death or cast out of your country.
For once I agree with Belem...stay away from them. They will use a good natured human nation for their own Nefarious ends. Enslaving your great peoples and turning your factories into dens of evil.
No my friend, its best to stay away from the forces of Menelmacar and Melkor...you dont want to be mixed up in that nonsense...if I could change the past, I would. This is beginning to be a disgusting trend...actually sharing philosphy with Belem.

To: Kaukolastan.
Subject: Matters of Orcs and Elves.

"We are pleased by recent reports from your nation, it would be best to keep such things quiet. Nothing good can come from mixing yourselves with Elf folk. It is best to stay with your own kind, there you will find respite from the depredations of Orcs and the other evils possessed by the forces of Melkor.
Auman would be interested in forging a pact with your nation in just such an event, we would not like to see a fellow nation of Men fall to face such evil alone."

"Where did this come from?" Sub-Director Allens lowered his papers, with the broadcast encoded.
"Sir, Spynaut pulled it from Five Civilized Nations Networks." A tech replied.
Allens read over the words again. "Damnit." he rubbed his temples. "You know what this means?"
"That we've created an incident?"
"No." Allens stated. "They were in our country without notification, without ID. That means we were infiltrated. How does something non-human just slide in?" He scowled. "Contact Director Kerrik for me. Someones' gonna lose their head for this."
"Yes, sir."

(OOC: Just so you know, the message was heavily encrypted... Kaukolastan, you got the gist of my intelligence officers working in your country, but nothing else)
Vice Defense Minister, Intelligence, Thompson sat at his desk, mulling over his work. Suddenly, a door opened and a man walked in and handed Thompson a message.
"Vice Minister Thompson, we have a message for you from a Colonel Jo Weiner."
"Good, dismissed lieutenant."
The lieutenant walked out of the office, closing the door behind him. Thompson frantically read the message and groaned at the news.
"Damn't Weiner, can't you do anything right!?! Now I'm going to be cooked by Rayus..." referring to his superior, the Defense Minister Rayus Noventa.
Minister Thompson had without authorization had sent intelligence personnel into Kaukolastan. Thompson knew that if his actions were discovered by the Defense Minister or the King, he would be promptly sacked.
Distressed at the thought, Minister Thompson penned a quick message back to the Colonel.

Colonel Jo Weiner swore when he read the message.
"Who the hell does Thompson think he's doing. We don't have any authority to retrieve the bodies of our personnel... Damn't."
Turning his head, the Colonel gestured to one of his lieutenants.
"Captain Johnson West, get word out to our operatives... We want those bodies back..."
The Captain saluted.
"Yes, sir..."
OOC:
This is gonna be interesting...remember Kaukolastan, you can call us for help at any moment. Dont worry, if it does come down to a shoot out I wont try and conquer any nations.

Chancellor Fenris lowered the report, glanced at Director Kerrik. "Are you sure this is for real?"
"Yes, sir, Spynaut grabbed it from the nets. It's a little garbled, but we've got names, dates, and a declaration of "all necessary force". Sir, this is for real." Kerrik stroked his chin, watching the rain fall outside the Citadel windows, into the center courtyard.
Fenris stood, grimacing. "Well, then, we must have them come to call on this. I'll have state send their government a message. Kerrik, I want a full investigation into this incident. General Cross, lock down is in effect." Fenris turned to the splashing water and stoic Marine guards. "Is this related to the Blade?"
"No, sir. Completely seperate, but they were killed in a drug raid."
"Okay, at least there's no worry of that. Get that message for me."

Captain Johnson West with three embassy intelligence officers wearing uniforms of the Kaukolastan ISA Agency, rode in a Mercedes-Benz approaching the Orsis Military Base. At the gate they were stopped by the military personnel guarding the installation.
A Kaukolastan guard stepped forth.
"I need identification for you to enter this installation."
Captain West rummaged through his pocket and took out a piece of authentic identification, identifying himself as an ISA Bureau Chief...

Captain Johnson West with three embassy intelligence officers wearing uniforms of Kaukolastan Spynauts, stepped out of their Mercedes-Benz. West stared at the morgue in front of him and gestured for the three other officers to follow him. Walking stiffly, West entered the morgue...
OOC: LOL! Two things:
1.)ISA is the agency. Spynaut is a semi-joking name for the spysat chain.
2.)The bodies are in Osiri Military installation. And you aren't getting in there. (Well, you could try...)
Kanuckistan

A message from the Kanuckistani Security Inteligence Service is relayed to the Kaukolastian equivilent via a proven-reliable third party; it's author claims to have heard about their interest in non-hunam species after an 'incident', without elaborating.
It further claims that any blanket statments regaurding the attitudes and agendas of non-hunam species should be disregaurded as xenophobic, paranoid, missinformed, or aimed at furthering some agenda on the part of whoever is making the claim; these varrious races having, overall, atleast as much diversity in such things as the hunam race, and that such nations should be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
In addition, a large folder is included, containing basic anatomical, dietary, and general phycological information on several dozen of the 'more common' species and sub-species; from species of elves, to several dozen animal-like races, and actual sentient versions of otherwise normal animals, to two or three types of real flesh-and-blood dragon. It's fairly general data, indicating immense psycological, and even biological varriance within most 'species', and seems pretty objective.
