The Empire of Benicius, wishing to reverse the effects of a future aging population has embarked upon a push for more skilled migrants.

The Benician Reichsrat today passed bill #346 which approved unrestricted skilled immigration to the Empire in an attempt to combat the aging population which would have ultimately caused economic collapse within the next decade.
In a brief interview with the Benician Daily Sun, our beloved leader Benicius stated that the new bill would "effectively end the national brain drain and give much needed industry a boost".
The program will begin within the month and be focused on areas of need such as the ailing Tiberian state where big city living has attracted workers away from regional employment.
Though unresricted, the program will effectively force new arrivals into needy areas and specific industries such as shippbuilding, smelting, small arms manufactures and high tech related firms.
