Due to rise of tensions with foreign policies abroad the Federated States of Sovereign California has announced today that they seek to build a coalition with like-minded powers throughout the world. Although militaristic in aim the coalition will provide all members with ecnomic stability as well as military strength from attack.
As it was announced at a leadership summit in Johannesburg, Transvaal Republic the Worldwide Alliance of Strategic Powers Coalition will be seeking members at or above the five-hundred million population mark.
While the President could not be reache for comment, the organization is sure to be in full effect by the fiscal year 2220.
