My fellow nations,
The Democratic Republic of Ace Venturia is seeking to form a new alliance. This alliance is not meant to be a threat towards any other alliance but simply to ensure a more equal balance in power. We, DRAV, hereby declare the foundation of the Capital Alliance Union. Although we are as of now the only member of the CAU, we wish to make an open invitation to those countries with similar beliefs to ours. We believe in the freedom of choice, speech, religion, and press. We also are a small nation. We wish to make an alliance simply for defense purposes.
