As with all births, its violente and chaotic. Marked by screams and pain, and the birth of Danneland was no different.
In the begining when the nation was still young and housed less than 9 million citizent a rebellion broke out. People had different thoughts about the ruling in Danneland and an entire city refused to accept Daniel as their leader.
And so the rebellion broke out, at first it seemed that Daniels millitary forces would overcome the rebellion, though, nation after nation joined the rebellels side and the wind of victory changed direction.
It seemed that Daniel would be overthrown from his possition, and then the GDODAD decided to join in on Dannelands side and the wind became silent. The war raged on for a decade and not mutch happend.

Then, the democratic side decided to do something radical to end the war, and have a victory on their hands. With exeptional skills they succeeded in inserting several nuclear bombs in all of Dannelands major cities, detonating them all and wiping out 90% of its citizents. It was a crime against humanity, that has been accepted. In revenge, the rebells were killed with a bio-missile.
The war was over, and the price was high.

The land where Danneland had been was desdtroyed and would be impossible to live in for millenias. Radioactive waste would destroy anything that tried to live. The land that once had been green had turned yellow as the dessert streached as long as the eye could see.

So the people fled over Danneland mountains to the other side and settled there. A new civilisation was slowly being built up despite World Wars, Danneland had no intention of engaging any war for a long time. The people were afraid that they would feel the wrath of the democrats once again, that they would once again use the power of the nuclear bombs and devestate all that they had built up.

This was a long time ago, and few remember those days. Now its mentiond in the history books. But Daniel, their leader has somehow survived these years.
And in the dessert, well, everything in the dessert is as it should be, dead and silent.. or is it?


Location: Radarstation in danneland mountains

It was a casual day in the radar station, nothing mutch happend. Few dared, or anyone for that matter entered the dessert on the other side of the mountain, also called the Dead Lands. However, one couldnt be to sure.. so the radar station was there for a purpose.

Lt. Mac sat in his chair overlooking the work, there was five of them. Him and another four soldiers that constantly watched over the desert.
The silence was total, since it was early in the morning.. and well, nothing mutch happend.
OOC: I got this idea last night, it might be hard to join in at this moment. But you'll probably be able to pretty soon.


Then suddenly it blipped.

Mac jumped up from his chair in surpice, it shouldnt blipp, nothing should blipp, it was supposed to be silent.
The other four looked at the screen, a green blopp blipped in the middle of the dessert. Unlike living things, it didnt move.. it was.. not moving, but it caused a blipp.

Not far from the radarstation a garison was located with 25 Marines, equiped with radioactive-protective suits. Expensive and few. Also a chopper capable of going into the area without being affected of the radiation.

As soon as the blipp was heard, they were on their way to the site.. the site where the thing that caused the blipp was located..

The desert wind was something that everyone feared, it dont matter how advanced your technology is. The sand covers your eyes and makes it ways into areas you didnt even know existed.
Though on this day, the wind was calm and the sun gazed at the 12 men who sat on the humvee which made a bumpy ride over the sand.

The sun to was something to fear, the heat it generated in cooperation with the sand was imense, and if it wasnt for the suits they wore. They would probably die within hours from the heat.
If they didnt die from the radiation first.

The chopper had failed somehow, it just refused to start.. so they walked over the mountain to the other side, in their databanks there was data of a antient military station. After a week they reached it, high up in the mountain, covered with snow.
The radiation was allarming high here allready, some 2000 meters above sealevel. Inside they found the humvee, a rather large one capable of carying some 20 troops.
They also found some fuel they took with them, and so they set course towards the site where the blip was located.


Some days later

They had traveled over the sand for days now, the fuel seemed not to be enough and all contact with home base had been lost.
However, the signal was gettingn stronger. Not that it got stronger as they came nearer, it seemed more like it raised its voice to call out to as many as possible.

The wind was increesing and the sand got into places in the humvee that caused it to stop sometimes.

Hours later they were close to the blip, though the wind had caused a sandstorm, the twelve men had to travell the rest by foot.
The blip was real strong and allmost caused the portable radar to explode.
How that was possible, they didnt know.

They had walked for some hours as they reached the site, at the moment the twelve of them was 12 meters from the site, the wind stoped and the sun began to shine on them.

The group stood infront of a huge metal piece, shining bright. The piece itselfe was cone-formed and it seemed to dissapear beneath the sand.
On its side, it had a small door, big enough to fit a human.. and apperantly, it was open.

The captain and three men with him walked inside, the door shut behind them and they stood in a complete darkness.
One of them activated his flashlight.

They stood in a large.. control room, they actually stood in a metal box.. wich was attached to the wall, wich leaped down into the.. ground.
The whole thing was on its side, it would be very problematic to get down.
It seemed as if they stood in a huge space ship, thoug, Danneland never launched any space ships before or during the rebellion. And through all the years it had existed on the other side of the mountain, it had never detected any space ship falling down. And this seemed like a rather large space ship. It would get detected if it fell down.. the ship must come from the past. Before Danneland.. before everything.

The four men looked down into the abyss of darkness, they would have to get down. The commlink between themselves and those on the outside worked fine.

And the signal, well it was rather a beacon now. Anyone that didnt get this on their radars.. well, those radars couldnt work.

The captain and his three men prepared to clomb down, fortunally they had ropes. It seemed more than luck that they actually got it with them.
Everything about this mission seemed like if it had allready been decided what was going to happend.

With the help of their ropes they climed down and reached a wall down below. Their flashlights peered into the darkness, it was all amazing. Foreign technology, ailien technology. Buttons, screens.. it was all so.. futuristic.

As the captain took a stepp forward he tripped on..some metal thing, as he looked down he realized that he stood uppon a door.
And when he walked of the door, it silently slid into the wall.. below.. there was even more darkness.

The four of them used their ropes again.. but.. werent they tighed up in the..roof, err..well..did they even..
They shook their heads, looking at one another.. this was all strange.
Anyhow, they used their ropes to climb down another level.

Their flashlights turned off and.. it was so black, they didnt see a thing.
As they sat down their feets on the solid wall.. the lights in the room turned on.
It works?
The strange thing was that they didnt stand on the wall, they stood on the floor and infront of them was a round table and four chairs.

"take a seat gentle men"

A voice said, the captain nodded and the four men sat down.

"You are chosen, not in the way that you were chosen from birth. It is just that you were the first once to arrive. And so, you will be our prophets to the world.. We can understand that you are confused, you are just simple soldiers.. But.. you have no choise"

The men.. confused said nothing.

"Now, let uss tell you our story.. It all began in the future a long time ago"

The lights turned off and the room turned into a harbour, with thousands of people doing their duties.

"What you see before you is the harbour of Nation City, you see.. at this time, NS earth is united under one banner, under one name. And this, this is its capital. In the history books, you might have heard of it under another name. Atlantis. The population on NS earth exeedes over some 30 billion people, and billions more has colonized the galaxy.
The special thing about this day, is that this day is an important day that will change our entire history.. but most importantly. It is a very important day for the UNE President"

The room changed into a lobby, filled with people going back and fourth between various rooms. This was the presidential office.

"UNE stands for United Nation Earth, and its president is Jonny his name was controversial, since he had no last name.. and it didnt sound that presidential. But, he had been a good president and made peace with the Yoo'zan. An Alien species wich we had fought with for over some 500 years. The peace was a sign that mankind could move on and evolve."

The voice silenced down and another spoke.

"There is a thing the four of you must understand, time as you know it. Is unimportant. You have heard of the legend Atlantis. The city wich was burried beneath the sea some thousand years ago. However, that is not true. For you, Atlantis has not even been built yet, however, it has allready seized to exist. Mankind was first, and will be the last, everything starts and ends with mankind. Elves, catpeople, dwarves, orchs.. they are all products of human evolution. Even the Yoo'zan wich we had fought with so mutch are an evolution from the Humans. However.. again, time does not exist.. Your future, is your past"

The other voice came back and spoke.

"This day, the president was going to hold his anual peace speach, he had held this speach for some 25 years now. And everyone was looking forward to it. As a tradition, Jonny and the Yoo'zan leader exchanged pressents on this day to show that the peace would last forever.. now, we dont have time for details about his day, we must skip to the more important parts"

The captain spoke up and asked about time, since it had just been explained to him that time didnt exist.. so why hurry?

"That is the problem we still have to this day, even though time does not exist. Everything happends allways, people seems to die of old age.. We understand that it is hard to.. understand, but though time does not exist. It still exists for humanity, and therefore we have little time to save it"

The captain looked chocked around him in the presidential office.. "save..it?"


"Yes.. that is the unfortunate with humanity, the Budists and Hindu are right. There is a reincarnation.. though, it dosent exist in the way that they mean. Humanity reaches a point of evolution were they are so great, both technological and biological. Mankind today is not far from there, space fleets, DNA-altered humans.. time that does not exist is working against us. At this point, mankind will go under, the civilisation it has built up will crash and burn and take everything with it, elves, catpeople, dwarves, orchs.. and there is nothing we can do about it later, it must be done now. Unfortunally, the four of you must know everything. And in a way, that takes time.."

The room changed into a large conference hall, thousands of poeple stood looking at the president, who was about to give a spech.

"This is where it all began, as the world had changed into a peacefull place and wars were fought on the other side of the galaxy. Mankinds home was.. how shall we put it, like a paradise.
Though, this paradise didnt suit everyone. There were forces working against the president and what he had done. Forces that wished only for war and chaos. It is unfortunate, in all the cycles that mankind has goen through, and it is several. The end has always come from themselves. Not that they are evil in any way, but something is not satisfied with the how Humanity evolves. You see, we are not allknowing, but we do know alot. We suspect that there truly is a god, and that god creates mankind, and ends mankind. We have discovered something called timetravell. It might sound amazin, but it isnt. Unfortunatly we crashed in this timezone and stranded here. waiting for the apropriate time when we could call for someones aid. And the time is now... anyways, back to the president"

The room changed once again and now they were close to the president.

"The important thing for the president today, is that he is about to get killed"

A bullet enterd one side of the presidents head and exited on another side, killing him instantly.

"And now.. chaos begins, the one taking control over UNE is this man"

The room got dark and a figure stood still, in military clothing and blonde hair.

"This is your leaders future grandson, thats right. In two generations, this is what will happend. His name is Damien namned after his fathers father. Yes, thats even more strange. That would mean that Daniel will get a daughter, that will marry Damien Dreadfires son, who will get this child. Damien. And he will get the control of UNE. In his vains flows the Dreadfires and Daniels blood, evil and chaotic, warmongering. The first thing he did was to declare war on the Yoo'zan After so mutch time of peace and prosperity.. war raged on again.
Billions of men were sent into battle, starship after starship was destroyed.. death.. Damien did not understand that he was about to bring an end to mankid, and the galaxy. This is your future, but also your past.. since this allready has happend"

The four men sat still, somewhat confused.

"You must understand, that time.. we repeat this over and over again, but you must understand that time does not exist. And even though it does not exist, we are in a hurry... back to the story. The war raged on for some 400 years, Damien was still alive and no one understood how he managed to stay alive. He should die of old age. So, he was still in control.
But, mankind was not winning, it was loosing, and loosing big time. THe Yoo'zan had got their hands on some god-like weapon that could kill the smallest virus to the largest sun. And Damien feared this weapon, everyone did. And any diplomatic atempts to contact them.. had failed. It seemed as if humanity was about to get destroyed. And one day, they reached earth. They had crushed all restistance and aimed at earth, fired and hit. The surface of the planet was burnt and nothing survived. Atlantis sunk beneath the sea and not a singel lifeform did not die. And the Yoo'zan.. well, they to got destroyed.. infact.. the entire galaxy just exploded into a massive cloud of fire. And out of that fire, your past was created. And your future decided. This has happend so many times.. and we need the four of you, and anyone else that can aid your cause to help us in a mission. A mission that was givven to us by our ancestors a long time ago in the future. Because that we have invented time travell. We are unaffected and can see this event over and over again. We've tried to stop it. But we understand now, that the only way to end this cycle is to kill Daniel and Damien.."

"Kill Daniel..Damien?.. nonono.. we cant kill our leader, and certainly not Damien. He is in another country, powerfull guy. I know, I've meet him once. That guy is allmost immortal!"
The captain was frustrated, he had understood what had been said to him. But this? No no no no.
"And our leader, Daniel.. I've meet him once to. And that man, well, you simply cant kill him.. and who are you anyway? How do we know that you are telling the truth and not just some lies from a enemy nation?"

The voice seemed to look at the four men.

”We cannot prove that we are not the enemy, we can only hope that you understand that the faith of the earth.. the galaxy, lays in your hands"

the captiain shook his head "and you say that this will happend in two generations, but that humanity will be in a war with some alien race for over 500 years, WE AINT IN WAR WITH NO ALIEN RACE!"

"Captain, you must remember that time has no meaning, time does not exist. 500 years, two generations. It is all terms that makes the human mind understand things. Like the bible says "god created earth in seven days". A human today would think that is a very short time to create a planet and all that lives on it. But in reality, since time dosent extist. It took several millenias to creater, and in the same time. It didnt take any time at all. You see, the important part is that atleast one of them, Damien or Daniel must be killed. They cannot have offspring. As long as the chain of events that has and will happend is broken, earth will continue to exist as it does today. And evolve into something more advanced than anyone has ever seen. We are not your enemies, we are your allies. If not, mankind will go under once again. And everything has to restart, to be developed again."

"But.. no.. not Daniel, he cannot be the end of the world. I mean, just look at our glorious nations. Dictatorships has always been the best sollution. It was the democrats who allmost wiped out the entire nation with their nuclear bombs. It must be they who are the end.. it must be they who shall be killed and stoped"

"No, even the best man or woman in the universe can have a faith more destructive than the worse man or woman in the galaxy. Unfortunally, everything has been decided a long time ago. But you, the four of you can change this. You can make sure that the faith lays in the hands of men once again"

"once again.. you mean that it hanst always been like this"

"in one way, no, it hasnt. But, since time dosent exist it has always been like this and will always be. Unless you change that. The way it hasnt was before the first downfall. Before the first God. You see, god as we know it isnt some spiritual being that acts with godish-powers. God was, or is, or will be a human that discovers some very advanced technology and uses it. And he or she becomes a God.. what we want is that everyone will get their hands on that technology. In that way, we hope to prevent the downfall again"

"so you are not sure that this will work"

”We are most certain, we have tried everything else. This is the last option, the last way to do it. you must kill either Damien or Daniel, or both! Or else mankind will be lost forever!"

OOC: I'l write another, longer update tomorrow. I would just like to add that this RP is the beginning of the end for Daniel as a dictator in Danneland and a change in the nations future history.
