History:
On June 8, 1917, President Regis Fornia took political power over the nation of Kukagztan. Kukagstan was ruled by the iron fist of Fornia, who focused on watching his citizen's every move. He was litteraly "obsessed" with knowing who was against him, and who was with him. By February of 1919, the people of Kukagstan were fed up with keeping their opinions to themselves in the comfort of their own bedrooms, and started an underground movement that was hidden from view of the government.
The followers of this movement called themselves, the Colodians. Thier goal was to place weapons that were to be used against the soldiers of Kukagstan on the day of the revolution. And to secretly tell the nation about the revolution to come.
On July 17, 1919, the Day of the Revolution had come. To make a long story short, the Colodians won and hung Regis Fornia by the neck.
Kukagstan officially became Colodia on December 26, 1919. Democracy was the basic form of government.
On March 17, 2004, President Leon Quev has signed a new law that will allow new Presidents to choose the system of government whenever he is elected. Quev has also turned the United States of Colodia into the Confederacy of Colodia.
Following his election into power, President Roman Black signed a new Perma-Law that calls for a drafting of a permanenet Constitution of Colodia as a base for all other Constitutions to extend on. This was been passed has been drafted by Congressmen, White House leaders, and the voters themselves to allow more stability between Colodia during the transfer of powers between political parties.

(3/25/04):For every President, he will be a member of one govermental type party (ie: communism, confederacy, united states, etc.). The Colodian citizens will elect their President and the President will adopt his party to the government system until he is no longer President.
ANNULLED(3/30/04) Federal Government must have a simple majority of 50.1% or higher votes of a state on the issue of whether that territory wants to be a Colodian Confederate State or not. Annulled because of the Northern Brazil Trials.
ANNULLED - (4/3/04) Congress has the right to demand tax money from the states, rather than letting the states "donate" their taxes to the federal government. Allued due to Congress abuses, a new law clarifies this.

An underground movement of people known as "Colodians" take the government by surprise by getting the whole population of Kukagstan to overthrow the government. The war was won. Colodia is founded.

Former Army Commander Kevin Ole allows the acceptance of terrorists withing Colodia's borders without consent of Leon Quev. Ole was shot and killed before the war had begun. However, the terrorists within Colodia had launched an attack on a nation, killing many. The nation struck back at Colodia for 4,000 lives. Colodia managed to talk itself out of more casualties by letting coalition nations search Colodia for terrorists. A law was passed allowing this to be done. This war will delay the Colodian Constitution. Colodia has managed to get itself out of more casulaties.

The Chellian and Shildonian War
Unprovoked actions have been taken by Chellis and Shildonia. Colodia has allied with New Calia and Graudenz in order to stop the imperilism. Unfortunatly, Colodia was forced to surrender before Chellis made a full offensive attack. Colodia lost, Chellis and Shildonia won.

Pro-Credonian GameFAQ (South) declared a civil war against the Anti-Credonian GameFAQ (North). An international force quickly declared war on the South. However, the South nuked the North's capitol, changing everything. Colodia sent in TWO Invasion forces to avenge the loss of the ally's capitol. And it was successful. However, Leon Quev wanted to annex the territory that his military captured. Forces were pulled out after an International coalition nearly struck Colodia.

Paulina Rubio vowed revenge on GameFAQ, and half the Colodian Army was sent to invade GameFAQ in what would be the largest Colodian invasion ever. However, many factors on both sides prevented a war, or invasion.

President Pepper sent in three Offensive Divisions into Brazil, totalling 40,000 troops and 150 tanks. In this war, he changed the capitol of Colodia to Washington D.C. and declared Colodia the safest nation, seeing as how the nation is spread out throughout the North and South American continients. Brazil was annexed soon after. Soon later, Russia had been declared war upon. And two nations by the name of Tyrandis and Iron Blood defended the Russians. However, at the last minute, President Pepper took a different stance on the war and pulled out troops and called for peace. Leaving an awkward hole in the mouths of many Colodians.
