For future purposes in Wohlstand, we announce that we are beginning ELF research, to better the capabilities of the Wohlstand Elites, and to ensure their superiority for a long while. ELF(Extremely Low Frequency) waves can improve brain output, making soldiers more effecient, and other beneficial effects. That is all, thank you.
